Why do the boys always gobble up the green beans and rice at the curtain call? Every curtain call I see, they feast! Saw the second night of previews and I’ve been obsessed since. So excited for the production to run for years. Hope for Tony success.

Omgg I loved the preshow rituals!! It was so cool to see what people do and it honestly helps me a lot! I love theatre and I've been wanting to find some cool preshow things to do. Also, the cast album is AMAZING!!!

Emma! Hello😀 I talked to you at stage door last Saturday and told you how I enjoy this vlog and how excited my friend Katie was to see DAN BERRY on a MAGNET since she had gifted you guys the magnets during previews…
I’m also the nut who handed Brent the longest Gen X Outsiders fan thank-you note known to man (and I feel a bit ridiculous about that but whatever… all of it was heartfelt and I hope anyone who took the time to read it could tell.).
I gave it to him since he plays the “responsible” character but he said he was horribly miscast as such so hopefully it made it to a place where at least one cast member might have read it.
ANYWAY I mentioned how part of my initial resistance to a musical adaptation to the work was the fact that it was hard as a “seasoned” (read: old) fan to believe our beloved greasers would ever sing… and sing well…
Well, DAMN. The original cast recording is out, and these greasers (particularly those Curtis boys) clearly can sing. DANG. And the Socs… well I guess they aren’t so bad either ❤

So happy to see this is a vlog series! I constantly rewatch the Charlie and the chocolate factory ones as well as the wicked and school of rock ones. But this?! I have seen roughly 50 musicals in England as well as seen The Outsiders about 40 times. It’s one of my all time favourite books and movie. When I saw it was being turned into a musical 5 years ago… I lost it. Now it’s here and the album has released… it all just feels great!
