- SCP 001 is an anomaly also known as The Way the World Ends.
SCP-001 explains how The Lock has been opened. The armies and monsters of Revelations and Ragnarok and older, forgotten myths march across the Earth. The old gods have returned, and brand new gods are waking up. And more are waiting in the wings.
SCP001 further explains how the Foundation has been split at the seams. Senior staff and the leaders of the Foundation are missing, incapacitated, dead, or making desperate plans on the fly.
The ends of the world are here, all of them, and we're not ready.

Well that certainly took an unexpected turn. Even more so is the clear excitement that scene gave to the deity. You'd think that a god would have tried everything, but then you realize that they don't actually do anything at all, so they're perpetually a kid in a candy store. Only exception here is that the kid is a grown adult woman who's interested in something pleasantly degenerate. Definitely didn't open the video expecting that to pop up as a line of dialogue.

As explained in most videos concerning SCP-001, there is not a single SCP-001 for a variety of potential reasons. I won't get into all of them, but one of the most common theories is that there is only one real SCP-001 and all the others are fakes, stories created by the Foundation to obscure the truth about the real SCP-001.
It's honestly really interesting to read about the thousands of SCPs created by the authors of the SCP Wiki, so if you're interested then feel free to check it out and give some of them a read. However, if you don't enjoy these videos or SCP in any way, then don't feel like you have to stick around. You're always able to just not watch the video if you don't like it lol

Holy moly, that was one of the most entertaining SCP stories I've read- Or heard. Every SCP tale or file has their own way to amaze people, but this one literally just threw in every single God to a plane in the whole lore as if it's Avengers Endgame. And seeing Administrator in a story is not usual, though when I saw someone with the SCP logo between the gods, I already expected as much. I hope there is a part 2 to this thing

Unless they can get every military plus the help of most their scps they cannot win. If they could release 173, 682,096 all of those guys on them they might stand a chance.

@@shattered9479 they stand their ground, but soloing every single God is going to be an issue. Without releasing their most powerful creatures it's not looking good. Every single God is going at an all out attack on earth, which is extremely hard to defend, but remember that in some texts, God's were able to be damaged by swords and arrows, so either they get their ass kicked, it's a stale mate, or they win. But this sound like something you need the Doom Slayer for. I give them a 50% chance.

That's the coolest one so far
I have felt plenty of things reading SCP: fear, paranoia, interest, incredulity, even warmth and appreciation of some anomalies. But nothing has made me cry at the beauty of something, like her speech. There is something truly wonderful to this world and we must protect and fight for it, even at the end of the world.
Reminds me of the Ride of the Rohirrim.
I hope this turns into a four parter, the thing those gods underestimate is the lengths the foundation will go to. Say what you will about their cold calculating nature, but in a time like this that can be the foundations strong suit

OK we need a full story on this ASAP. I'm sure other will agree when I say. This is 100% the way to go with expanding the "GOD" lore in the SCP universe. A battle for complete supremacy between litteral manifestations of power, and beings creating God like weapons. A article crossover unlike any before. I'd love to see The Scarlett King in there as well.

Interesting that the Administrator is a woman in this SCP-001 Tale. I now understand why you released a video on The Dream Man earlier. I would personally like to know what happens with the Giant Corgi from Part 1.
I think this is a third part the 1st was reality unfolds 2nd the gates opens and this is the 3rd the valley of gods and monsters and I think there will the 4th.
Somehow I don't quite imagine the Nordic gods wanting the end of the world as claimed in their stories. Remember it was prophecy that they would all die in Ragnarok. I don't imagine fighting to show they were right.
Or all the Norse Gods are just suicidal...

Just like in some other end of the world scenarios, I hope an alliance of not only the SCP Foundation but also most of the group of interest, I mean, I dont think groups like the Chaos Insurgency, Anderson Robotics or Marshal, Carter and Dark would want the world to end by the hand of foreign beings
I love that this took the gnostic angle of Yahweh destroying the other gods and Asherah was his consort. This is probably one of my favorites on this channel so far, I want the rest of the story!

I actually had a vision about the end of the world when I was younger, this is actually a bit like it, just, SCP's where not in it, different gods from universe's and things I don't even know where there, and humanity suffered greatly, this video reminded me of that.
This was absolutely great I really hope they put another one out.

In his story I read that he wanted to bring his followers to the same level like his self and wanted to kill all the others that don't worship him. He even protected his people what he probably did because he'd be gone again.

I remember asking about the Competitive Eschatology Canon in one of my earlier comments on this channel. Glad to know that this tale is finally being recognized. It really emphasizes that while the Foundation bay be immoral at times, they can and will stop the destruction of humanity or die trying.

I find her words naive, because you're facing down against so many gods and monsters that are potential world enders.
I dont find her words quite naive, because one simple insignificant thing can potentially or even totally destroy all of them, and that is the foundation.
They may be just one but even then they can still release their own shitshow.
And that isnt to say that they wont be getting help from other foundations and something like scps helping them

Having read the tales from its hub on the SCP, I can state for a fact people here are gonna lose their shit when the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are revealed...
