i live where the apt you saw is! and i can 10/10 recommend PLUS it’s rent controlled last year our rent only went up 1.5% sometime the flex is kinda annoying bc there is no ventilation in the living room so in the summer it can be very hot.

STown is a really nice area to live in and you can usually get free wifi for a year. Lived there for years and always felt safe. Would recommend but also they shouldn't be charging a broker fee... If you like it I'd walk into the leasing office and talk to someone there
