I am always so confused by demographics. I work in a library, and we have Children's, Teen, Teen Plus and Adult. I still don't understand terms like Middle Grade and YA - I think they're probably Americanisms that we've picked up along the way haha Your discussion about YA content is really interesting, because to me YA should be what you said: 18-25. People of those ages are young adults. Surely there should be Children's (for Children haha), Teen (13+), YA (18+) and Adult? It's all very confusing haha
❤❤😂 Great video, so much fun to watch. Chat away! I read so many great books, including When the Moon Hatched which I was so impressed by, the entire Solo Leveling manga OMG! and Lightlark that I absolutely adored (biggest surprise even though not a fan of the whiplash) but my favorite still is Opal Reyne's A Soul to Keep. Which is also the best audio book ever. I read Dead Silence last year and it was awesome! I hope you like it
As a mother of a 13 year old I agree with you, so many YA that I would not want my daughter to read. New adult is necessary ❤ love your videos so much xx
I find Brandon Sanderson books quite hit and miss as well but I rarely hear anyone say that online so it's nice to know others feel the same! I hope Dead Silence ends up being good as I have been meaning to read that for ages too. My favourite book of the year so far is The Tyranny of Faith by Richard Swan.
I Wholeheartedly agree about binding and keeping 13 those books and the rest of the series are the best ive read this year...chloe walsh new fave author i want to read everything by her and cannot wait for more boys of tommen. I was hoping to space them out so i didnt have so long to wait til the next 1 but i basically binged the whole thing throughout june and july lol. Its very Rare i binge a series
Please please do not unhaul Beartown without reading it!! It is amazing and if you like Fredrick backman writing you will love this!! It’s a perfect winter read so please read it this winter!! ❄️
I'm listening to Gideon the Ninth at the moment, mostly because it was available on the Audible plus catalogue. Despite writing a cheatsheet of who's who and all the houses, I still have only a vague idea what's going on, but I'm having a spectacular time! I think it helps that most of the characters don't have a clue, either.

Beartown is probably my favorite series of all time. I hope you’ll give it a chance!

Im currently reading The Rage of Dragons and it’s so quick and I’m loving it. I’ve only got 269 pages left and wow just wow.

no, I didn't think it would be something else
Never fancy sports romances, but the way you talk about Binding 13 makes me intrigued 🤔
I just looked up Mr. Blobby and now I’m scared. So thanks for that 😂
You're welcome we can suffer together now 🙃
@@StephLoves you are so right though how often things that are made to entertain children can become creepy or even down right terrifying so quickly!
