Hey thanks dude! Planning some new YT vids this month. I've kinda neglected the channel for a bit while I focus on the course. I might have a few too many projects going at once! haha
awesome!!
This was so fantastic! I can’t wait to give it a try. So excited I discovered your channel, I shy away from drinks quite a bit.

Congrats with the channel! Best vibes from Peru bro!!!! Cheers!
Hey Andrés! 👋 Thanks so much brother!
This is great. Thank you!
Hey sure thing! More fun stuff coming soon.
grate content!
❤👍
Well done bro!! I wish my v860ii could recharge at 1/8! I typically have to go 1/16 or 1/32 for burst! Just makes that perfect timing all the more fun (challenging) with a single shot!
I feel you man! All of my favorite zest shots are with a v860ii- getting it with that “one shot” is a great power move 😉📸💪
Definitely gonna get my hands on a dropper bottle and try this out! I'll probably have plenty of blooper footage of trying to get the timing right haha!
Haha I can't wait to see!!
Amazing mate! Great video :D Subbed
Thanks brother! Got any YT tips for me? You’re the pro here!
@@cocktailcamera haha thanks man, but ive learnt pro wont get you far.. you just have to keep creating valuable content in hope that it will at least help one person out there.. that what I learnt from Joanie :)
Dude this is so basic...up your game. 🙃Just kidding my man killer work as always! Glad to see you sharing your craft with the masses. Subbed
Haha I’m all about basic 😅 Thanks my man, appreciate you!
Awesome challenge can’t wait to give it a shot! Does having a macro lens make a difference in the shot or is that just a preference?
Just my go-to lens for drink photography but you do not need one to get the shot!
Great video!
so, favorite place to find funky glassware?
Hmmm what do you mean by funky? haha
@@cocktailcamera well, "nick and nora glass" I got the movie reference (I am a few years older than you haha) , but maybe that is the actual name. I did a photo shot in mexico with a factory that hand engraved cool glass ware, I also like vintage glass ware and props, and looking at the glass you used in this video, didnt see like something from the dollar store.
as you specialize in cocktail photography I assume you like to hunt out glasses and other props to add more "dimension" to your work.
and would love to hear about your fav props and finds, maybe it is even video worthy
either way, thanks, enjoying your videos!
How would you go about doing this in a bar environment where you need ambient light\bartender in background? What settings would you look to set?
To be honest, I don’t think I’d do this in a bar environment. But if you want to try and get more of the scene / background in the shot, i’d probably light the background with a second strobe vs. trying to let in more ambient light. 💡
What I can not understand is how you focus from the moment you have complete black image??
Hey sorry, I don't understand the question?
@@cocktailcamera hi again. I cant wait your next video. So for the question i have above. Do you prefocus ???How you can nail the focus if you have black screen on your camera ?
@@julioriviera hey sorry, I guess I’m still not following 😅 I don’t have a blank screen? I set the focus on the glass and click the shutter to start the 10 second timer ⏱
