@@thecodespot2003 mam, I have a minor PAN card and the receipt for my updated PAN card, but I have not yet received the updated (major) PAN card.
Will the minor PAN card be accepted at the time of joining?
@poonamkadam1995 hey, I think it doesn't have your picture? I'd suggest try to download epan card and see if it has your updated details and submit it.
Kindly share this with the HR and see if they are okay in receiving minor Pan card.
@@thecodespot2003 e-PAN card is not downloading as it is currently in the updation process. They will accept or not minor PAN card
what about the people who recieved loi in month of dec. when they will get the joining mail ?

Hey , i was worried about my day2 location as my joining is on 18th few of my friends of same location as mine have already received their day 2 location and i have not is it smth to be worried about or i might get it on the day of onboarding??

2 days back I got my pre offer mail I filled all my details and submitted before the deadline but forgot to reply to my recruiter. Will it cause any problems 16 jan is my joining date will I lose this offer.

@thecodespot2003 In the pre-offer mail we had a software associate application form there I submitted the documents.But forgotten to reply the confirmation mail to the recruiter.

Hey... I am a 2025 pass out batch student and on-campus exams and interviews are completed for us by 22nd September, but its we still did not get any update from capgemini regarding our placements. But recently in our superset profiles, at capgemini it is marked offered. How long will it take for them to send the final list since now we are at the end of November? Should we drop our hopes ?

@@poonamkadam1995 I think yes.
As there is no change in the PAN number even after you request for a change in your PAN card (photo and signature changes), you can quote the same for the organization but you should apply for the PAN card changes as soon as possible. The only issue I can think of is that you also require to update the copy of the PAN card to the portal which may be invalid if you do not have a photo and signature of the minor PAN card. I do not think that there is any legal implications on the same but to be on the safe side get in touch with a financial/legal adviser and the HR of the organization.
@thecodespot2003 I have updated my PAN card and am waiting for the soft copy or physical card. However, I have the receipt for the updated PAN card.
Mam, i have completed my interview in nov 20,2024 now. My status is " your offer is subjected to verification of your profile and documents" what does these mean how much time it will take to get loi?

@@ananyaananya2603 I mean, epan card should be digitally signed. Normal xerox will work too but for clarity reasons i submitted epan card.

Hii , my pan name (first name surname)f ormat and addhar name format (sur name first name) are different is that will be any problem during the joining day
It shouldn't be a problem, just ensure you have both documents.
Do we need to bring the original marksheets also?

23 dec Monday is my joining date but I didn't get any code to enter the company

You may get it tomorrow. Or a day before 23 which is on 22.

Does Capgemini provide accommodation and food allowance for the freshers in their training period?
@@ayaanabbas1187 They provide lunch for the day 1 of onboarding. No accomodation is provided.

And after training do we get an option to work at our preferred location or the location is allocated randomly

Still apr LOI male candidates are waiting for Doj 🥹
Try applying to other companies as well, do not wait around for the doj for just one company. Even if you get it, try to apply for other companies, get experience and move on.
