As usual only the big 3, Lagos, PH and FCT get to enjoy anything positive to come of the oil industry in the last several months. Ironically they are also the richest states in the country. Meanwhile as if thats enough these same guys are posturing to corner a major share of the VAT collected from all of Nigeria!
Because they are fastly developing and they need as much resources as they can get to sutain it , it happens everywhere else In the world some states will be more developed than the other the most important thing is it's your country be proud about that
@realadeoyeadele just listen to yourself. They are 'fastly' developing so it's ok for them to grab the taxes collected in Abia State because the Htqrs of Glo happens to be in Lagos....just listen to yourself, sir.
@@CollinsWuks-vn1cg if I read the proposed tax reform correctly nobody is taking tax from anybody you get more money allocated to you based on the tax revenue you are able to collect from your state Lagos for example which we are all talking about is vast expanding the population is growing even faster than more populated Asian countries if more funds aren't allocated to Lagos or the fast developing states it will be a disaster no one is taking other state tax and if any company doesn't want to be situated in Lagos let them go to whatever state they want as far as they in Lagos and enjoying the security and ease of doing buisness their tax will be collected from lagos if you don't like it go to your state and build your headquarters last last my brother we are all Nigeria and these developing states are part of Nigeria we should be proud and support it not destroy it like we Africans tend to do in every thing

@@realadeoyeadele 😂😆😜...my broda you are missing the point entirely. I am not against every state developing and depending on its own resources. Don't forget all the states also collect subvention from Abuja. All I'm saying is it's not right for VAT collected all over Nigeria to be given to the states where the hqtrs of those organisations are located. How anyone would justify such obvious injustice is what I found so incredibly hard to believe. Wow!! 😳🤯
Consumers will always behave like a consumer.... He said they should just drop the price further to like 500. He doesn't care about the cost of production or ROI 😅😅😅
What's wrong with his suggestion? Do you know a barrel of crude oil produces other derivatives like diesel, kerosine, aviation fuel, LPFO, paraffin wax etc that refiners can still make a profit even if they give PMS free?
@@saiduabdul4635 Bros where we go see that kind of money? But to be honest, if our leaders will do away with selfishness and really plan well with the refineries on ground, PMS could go for as low as ₦300/ltr. But it will require a holistic approach involving the entire security apparatus especially the Navy to stop bunkering (so that Dangote can produce at maximum capacity with our own crude oil) and Customs to prevent smuggling of finished products to neighbouring countries. It's doable, I absolutely believe that.
Cant see any reduction

@CollinsWuks-vn1cg I guess me and you should have gone into that line of business then.
