get a decent grp with some minimal voice comms and farm the incursion, i did it with 3 guys i meet 1 year ago, all below shd 800, i got my ouroboros on the 1st run, and after like 8 or 9 runs everyone +1 guy we switched out got the ouroboros. its not that hard and you dont need crazy comms or whatever. some kind of setup is needed to make it faster and for the lovebirds but its an insanely easy thing to do

I think I hate it because of the amount of times I got it while actively searching for something else, but after watching your vid it's worth giving it a chance

I wear a Bellstone two piece w/perfect creeping death on the pack, and run one of their holsters and a four piece striker or HF. Works really well for survivability and DPS.

The same people who say No are the same ones sitting there building stacks for other stuff... 😂Goofiness! A max stacked St. Elmo's or Capacitor don't even come close to a max stacked Chameleon.Run the number... By the way, ignore the Accuracy meter, those shots actually hit, even from across the street distance. Same as the Ouroboros actually hits across a field in spite only saying 20m. And for the Chameleon, run it with the new 3 pc Overlord, the DPS goes through the roof. Try it, you'll see 👍
I really like the idea of this build, for a few different reasons, however is there a possible substitute for the striker gear? I don't necessarily mind Striker and it's actually what I'm wearing now, but I'd love to switch it up a bit. Striker substitute for same type of build and playstyle...just curious? PS; Love the Chameleon, i run it 95% of the time :)
I haven't tried it yet but you could use Heartbreak (with the backpack and the chestpiece) with the Chameleon, the named Mask Nightwacther for the 100% Pusle Haste, and a Ceska Vyroba Piece. I'm trying this right now and it's an interesting approach.
I did dust it off just to try your solid build. I noticed IF you had a high expertise level on it from earlier use, and rerolled attribute to DOOC, then yeah its DEF worthy. If you didn't, it requires wayyyy too much resources to get it to a usable level. If the devs just tweaked it a little it would be funner/more functional, just a little more distance and accuracy pls. It IS an AR rt? It sprays during continuous shooting and also has bad range. If it doesn't pass the Lincoln Mem test, then it's going back to gathering dust. Ty for the vid though...
Damage is already pretty good and I don’t feel like wasting god knows how many materials to get the attributes on the chameleon after I reroll it maxed out again 😂

Meh... just switch to headshots while killing enemies, then switch to bodyshots, then back to head again, that way you can keep at least one, often two, constantly up.

I wish we could get a gear set which offers armor regen based on a % of damage per hit.
I use 4 piece striker with groupo chest with obliterate and coyotes mask all red, with chameleon with dttoc.
Got me through vanguard gunner with a few negotiators dilemma fast

question . why would you go to 52% crit chance on gear when 60% is hard cap and cham talent gives you 20% pretty much all the timr

I've done this build and I'm fine on challenging but as soon as I move to Heroic I just die!
Play with the shield and shoot the body and go up to the head

Does specialization matter?
That depends on your playstyle and what utility the specialization brings to your build. The video already explains why Gunner is chosen.
Yeah. If you don't go with Gunner you will have 0% armor on kill which is something this builds counts on.

The Liquid Engineer is DZ drop so you can get it from:
1) The Darkzones.
2) Darkzone Vendors.
3) Named Caches.
4) Conflict Caches.
I got both the backpack itself and the blueprint for it from the Reconstructed Caches you can buy/get from playing Descent.

They are called gear sets. They drop the same way armor and weapons do. You can focus them in the summit and countdown by clicking the blue icons
