Totally agree. Always liked his songs but when I saw him in Lake Tahoe in around 1995 I bought tickets to the shows for the remaining 2 nights and never miss an opportunity to see him when he’s coming through my town. There’s no one else like Vince!
I have been a loyal fan of Amy Grant since i was 18 years old. ..i turned 60 in 2019. I have every album/CD,her signed book "Mosaic". I've been to see her 6 times in concert. I would love for my 60th year on this earth to see her concert in Durham,NC Mar 14th this year. But i can't afford it like i could in my younger days. If you ever get a chance to see her and Vince together for the Christmas Charity show they do,you are in for a tremendous treat. It is such a blessing to your heart and spirit. Her music has been a significant part of my life for many decades. When the world gets too much,i just put on my Amy Grant music and i leave the world behind and take a stroll with God and soak up his message through Amy's music and i feel my faith recharged...i call it my "Spiritual Booster Shot". And i can stand up and face the world again with strengthened faith. Amy's music has been there for me in the good times,the rough times,the celebrations,the tears,through every emotion,after a couple hours of faith filled messages, i walk away much better,happier and healed through God's words through Amy's music. I have never had the pleasure of meeting her,but just being in the same building with her,i know my spirit will take flight throughout the concert like always. I still listen to and love her earlier cd's as much as i do her current music. She has a beautiful voice and a beautiful spirit and a wonderful sense of humor. And i think her Vince are a truly blessed couple. Here's to many more decades of Amy Grant and her beautiful blessed music. : ) 🙏 💗

I was going in to use the restroom and he was coming out and he held the door for me! I played it cool like I had no idea who he was, but as soon as I got in, I turned around and went back out and my friends got out of the car as soon as they saw him come out! LOL He stayed and signed some things for us and took some socially distanced pictures with us, all of us were wearing our masks.
I have been married 22 years and time does seem to fly by so much faster than it did when I was single! However, my advice to you would be enjoy the single journey... married life is not the life of never-ending romance that I had envisioned when I was single. It really is for better or worse -- and on those days when I am fed up with being the mom of a teenager and the wife if the guy who naps a lot (he works 3rd shift), I sometimes remember my single days and think, "It really wasn't all that bad!" :-) Don't get me wrong -- I love being married and being a mom! I just didn't appreciate my journey because I was afraid it would never work out for me. (Incidentally, my husband had been "just a friend" for 17 years before we ended up falling in love. He had been there all along, but God had to open our eyes to each other at the right time!)
