- A photographic day out around West Cornwall using infrared film for first time in 20 years followed by a shipwreck shoot on Ilford Delta 3200.
The camera I used was a Mamiya RZ67 medium format film camera.
"Really warm today" he says, wearing a jumper, jeans and overcoat.
Stunning images, the IR film looks really fine.
Loved the shipwreck images too mate.
I always look forward to a 15 minute holiday to your coastline!
Haha yes probably had something to do with why I was so warm. Thanks Pete 👍
Hello Tom.I feel poetry in your photos.
I want to cut ”time” like you.

A great selection of photos Tom love the bench and the wreck … well done x
Thank you 😊
I'll admit that I had my doubts about the shot at 9:58, both with the composition and the shutter speed, but it ended up being one of my favorites. Good job!
Thank you 🙏
Hi Tom really enjoyed this. The IR images are beautiful, particularly loved the second woodland shot and the bench. What a beautiful couple of days weather too.
Thanks Kate it was great fun shooting IR again, I’m looking forward to late spring and summer to try some more. The weather has been beautiful up until recently but it’s definitely turned wet and windy again. Thanks again Tom.
Another really interesting video Tom. I love infrared images. Have got an old Panasonic digital camera converted to infrared. I particularly like using it when there are big clouds around. Will climb down to the wreck now you have reminded me about it.
Thanks Peter it’s great fun I’m looking forward to summer when all the leaves are out to do some more infrared. Enjoy the Mulheim I look forward to see your images. Thanks again Tom.
Another Great video! I miss Cornwall. Trebah Garden and Trebah Beach. Cheers from Key West FL
Thanks Greg 🙏

Really beautiful images, Tom. Nice work. Your part of the world looks lovely - I'd love to visit there some time. Keep up the good work, your videos are great to watch, very relaxing and enjoyable.
I’m really pleased you are enjoying the videos and finding them relaxing. It makes it all worthwhile when you get lovely comments. Thank you 🙏
Thanks for another very good video again Tom, with some excellent images. You have inspired me to try some IR film in the Bronica!
Cheers David that’s great news I hope you get some fantastic images.
Thanks Tom, great video and lovely pictures. It would be great to see how you process the infra-red negs - presumably digitised after processing?
Keep up the good work - looking forward to the next one!
Thanks very much I’m hoping to a video soon on scanning and editing. I will include an IR image too 👍
what developer did you use?
Rodinal 1:25 I believe
Never could see the point of shooting IR. Still can't, Tom. White grass and foliage just ain't for me. But I do like your chosen subjects and compositions.
Thanks Ray it’s definitely one of those things you love or hate. I do quite enjoy it myself but only every now and again.
Many thanks Tom 🙏
