सरदाना जी काश इस देश में सरकारी अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय हो जाए तो इस देश से भ्रष्टाचार और फर्जीवाड़ा समाप्त हो सकता है.सरकार और न्यायपालिका को अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझने की आवश्यकता है.
मोदी सरकार हो या कोई भी। सरकारी भ्रष्टाचार सदा अमर है।
यह अत्यंत दुखदाई है कि मासूमों को प्रशासन की अपूर्ण व्यवस्थाओं फलस्वरूप अपने जीवन की प्रारम्भिक अवस्था में ही जीवन गंवा दिया है। गुजरात और दिल्ली दोनों घटनाएं अत्यंत दुखदाई हैं। सरकारों को जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों/ कर्मचारीयों के प्रति कठोर कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए। इसके लिए प्रशासन की लचर व्यवस्था और भ्रष्टाचार जिम्मेदार है।
अकेले मोदी जी सब कुछ ठीक नहीं कर सकते है हम सब को भी आवाज़ उठाना चाहिए
जितना बड़ा अधिकारी उतना बड़ा भ्रष्ट।
इतने भ्रष्टाचार को पीठ पर लादे हुए भारत विश्वगुरु बनने कि राह में आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता है!
जिम्मेदारी तय होनी ही चाहिए.
क्या इस अग्निकांड पर गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री पर मुकदमा नहीं किया जा सकता है। इस प्रकार दिल्ली के अग्निकांड पर क्या दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री पर मुकदमा नहीं हो सकता है। परोक्ष रूप से इन मृत्यु पर यह दोषी है ।
जनता पैसा भी देती है और अपने आपको पिटवाती भी है। यही लोकतन्त्र है।
बिना लाइसेंस हुक्काबार,गेम जोन,फन जोन चलाने वालों को सख्तसे सख्त सजा मिलनी ही चाहिए
कोई भी फन पार्क में अपनी संस्था की
पुरी जानकारी बडे डिस्पले बोर्ड पर होनी चाहिए
जिसमें नाम ,स्थापना दिवस, जिम्मेदार मालीक और अधिकारी का नाम
लाइसेंस नंबर-वेलिडिटी बोर्ड पर ही उपलब्ध चाहिए
पुरा बिल्डिंग का इलेक्ट्रिक फायरप्रुफ चाहिए
आग को बढावा देनेवाले साधनों का उपयोग नही होना चाहिए
गेम चलाने वाले ओपरेटर कर्मचारीको भी हेजार्ड के बारेमें संपूर्ण ज्ञान होना चाहिए
आपातकालीन परिस्थितिमें क्या करना वह भी समजना चाहिए
भ्रस्टाचार जायेगा नही-जब तक कानून मज़बूत नही है?
आपातकाल व राष्ट्रपति शासन की ज़रूरत है।
आप भी क्या बात करते हैं श्रीमान सरदाना जी, इंस्पेक्टर राज में, इंस्पेक्टर को सज़ा?
भ्रष्टाचार का पेड़ उल्टा होता है, जड़ें ऊपर और शाखाएं नीचे, जब तक इस पेड़ की जड़ें नहीं कटेगी तब तक शाखाएं यूं ही पनपती रहेंगी
जो भी अधिकारी, कर्मचारी भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त पाए जाते हैं, जेल तो हो लेकिन सेवा मुक्त होने पर मिलने वाले सारे लाभ बंद होने चाहिए
दोषीओं को आजीवन कैंद की सजा और मुआवज़ा वसुल किया जाये

Corruption is in full swing.. Govt might have changed but system is still working.
The Govt should dismiss those who are negligent and their PF, Pension should be stopped. The owners of the establishment should be asked how much money they were bribing and to whom. They should be arrested and taken to court.

Vigilance must be accountable, physical inspection before operation must , without their NOC.

A very simple solution. In every district ask who is most important or influential. Kuch toh answer aayega. The Families thus called out may Deny or accept? Acceptance will be celebrated, non acceptance is quite difficult to accept.
Health and Fire safety department are just waste of time.
If investigated, the blame will be as 'Electric Short circuit'. This is the common reason given by the investigating agencies. The Govt of India should ban the plastic conduits and plastic switch boards for all office buildings in which records are maintained/stored, in the Hospitals, in Cinema halls and auditoriums,
in the factories, and in other buildings except residential flats. Because of poor quality of copper wires, and improper selection of size of wires, the wires become hot due to which the plastic conduits melts. Any spark that falls on the record papers will catch fire. 2) Fire fighting equipment ( different types) are not installed. If installed they are not maintained. If you visit Govt offices, you can see fire pipes, fire alarm panels, fire sensors. But they are not in operational condition. No fire pipes are maintained with 40 PSI water pressure. Because, Fire water tank is empty. There are solutions. But, Govt officers do not want solutions and want to continue as laid 50 years old. Responsibility and accountability should be on the Owner/ Chairman of the company. Then only, they will spend towards all kinds of safety.

Fire safety and emergency exits are very important in any building, whether it is ground buildings or multi storied buildings. The fire equipments after installations , also must be frequently checked for proper operations 🙏

I do agree with you that corruption from our system cannot be eradicated. It has become a way of life.The biggest cause is ever increasing population. Only Sanjay Ghandhi was a person who perceived this harrowing fact.Unfortunately it was very badly implemented. Thereafter no body had the courage to speak on this problem. The wrong concept that children are God's gift, is ruining the country.
All government benefit schemes should be limited to 2 child norm only . Better education is another way to manage this problem etc..

Without political & administrative protection, such events may not be possible. Top cadres must pay attention to rectify the whatsoever system. This is not acceptable. Public servants to be made more responsible & subject to heavy punishment on finding guilty by authorities. Innocents cannot be pledged to untimely death due to corrupt & inefficient factors.

Vigilance inquiry for negligence and personnel assets of the officers including the Minister of State may be set up. But the CM Or PM would not do that.

एक घर या एक सोसायटी में हम पांच सदस्य या पचासों परिवारों को नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकते फिर इतना बड़ा देश चलाना कितना कठिन होगा। अब एक सरकार सही काम करने वाली है हम उससे जादुई चिराग वाला चमत्कार चाहना सही नहीं होगा।
इस तरह की घटनाओं को देख सुनकर सच में बहुत ही दुख होता है कि विज्ञान की प्रगति के अनुपात में ईन्सान की ईन्सानियत में कोई प्रगति नहीं हो पा रही है बल्कि अवनति ही हो रही है।
प्राइवेट बसों में, गाडिय़ों में ओवर लोडिंग होने पर चालान कटना, प्रताड़ित किया जाना आम बात है लेकिन सरकारी गाडिय़ों में, ट्रेनों में जो ओवर लोडिंग होने के कारण महीनों पहले टिकट लिए सवारियों को जो परेशानी होती है, मार पीट होती है, दुर्घटना होती है, इसकी कोई जिम्मेदारी तय नहीं होनी चाहिये। क्या रेलवे के लिये कोई नियम कानून नहीं होने चाहिये?

This will only stop if third part internal Audit is made mandatory and not ny the management ..i auditrd a leading hospital in delhi and found there was no water in the fire prevention tank...fire extinguishers were defective. Management ignored this ..brastachaya to end you need fair judicary

विजय जी साहब आप ने येजो आप ने मुद्दा बहूत सही है लेकिन इन के कानून इतने जटिल है कि इन नियमो की पूर्ति करना इतना आसान नही है । इस जटिल कानून से गुजर ने के लिए रिश्वत का सहारा लेना पडता है अर्थात कानून का लचीलापन होना आवश्यक है ।
Modi alone can not eradicate corruption. Each citizen to help to eradicate corruption by complaining to vigilance or appropriate authorities. Even if there is one honest officer in each department, there will be progress in reduction of corruption.
जितने भी सार्टिफिकेट उस जगह के लिए जारी किए गए हो वो उस दुकान या जगह जाने वाले को दिख सके ऐसी सार्वजनिक जगह पर लगाया जाना चाहिए ताकि वहा जाने वाले आसानी से देख सके ।
