Human capital development - Close to 20 graduate from water resources institute

  • The Permanent Secretary of the ministry of water and environment, Alfred Okot Okidi, has advised government institutions and other organizations to invest in human capital development as a catalyst for quality service delivery.
    Okidi’s assertion is in regard to the ever-increasing demand for experienced and skilled human resources in government institutions to render improved service delivery to Ugandans.
    Mr. Okidi remarked this while officiating the Graduation Ceremony of the 3rd Cohort of Graduate Trainees of Water and Environment Mentorship/Internship/Placement Program that took place at the line Ministry Headquarters in Luzira.
