I use a Boba straw and a chop stick to turn small tube items through. Works amazingly.

In this video as well. You didn't add the part where you pin the zig zag flare thingy. It's straight up the sewing part. Please show you pin the zig zag part of the skirt and then sew it

In the US, it's a jumper, not a sweater. You might call it a pinafore? It's sleeveless and goes over a shirt or top of some kind.
