Brilliant Video this gives the theory to my practical experience as I have been using Cannabis as my sole pain killer for 6 months now(using 3 years) after 22 years of really heavy opiates and lots of other meds I just weaned myself off everything..... without Cannabis I probably wouldn't be here.......✌️👍

I understand more than others, wanting to take less opioids and Cannabis is the only way. I found I can take a lesser dose of Tramadol for chronic pain from 200 mg X 2 daily to 50mg Slow Release X 2 per day. I don’t care if it’s illegal here but I will get the best Lawyers and fight this ridiculous Law for everyone in Australia if I must. Cancer stage four, Bowel Cancer in the Sigmoid left so much nerve damage down my leg, it took 5years to have the croton my pants my closer than my knees. Now I can pull my pants up and be normal. 14 years cured. Thanks to Cannabis where they cut away my spine and bladder, would disable me into Zombieland.

Amen bro, Same here, Cannabis oils helped me get off stupid amounts of Oxycodone, Withdrawing off Oxy's was pain on another level, That do not go away, Until you get some strong Cannabis oils, Oh and it helps treat the CPTSD I suffer from too, lol....

Amazing visual representation. Thank you for uploading what should be being taught in all schools. However, it would also be really nice to see credible citations and references in your video description. Please consider editing the description so that many more people can be encouraged to research and satiate their scientific curiosities. 🙏🏼

This is soooo interesting. I had a H.S. Diploma and not once in the elementary years of being taught I heard of this not even in coming into high school grades. I had to watch it again.

It is a G- protein coupled receptor system. Maybe just my highschool, it was a public school, but we were taught the basis on this mechanism, just not specifically regarding endocannabinoids or cannabis.

Well done, informative and concise, bringing hard science to the table for ordinary people. I really enjoyed the emphasis on homeostasis, showing that through all mammals, our bodies have a way to maintain equilibrium with our physical and emotional environment.

The Cannatonic CBD flower by AURORA is great for reducing my anxiety and also the sensations I feel in my joints. I only speak from my experience when I say it works!

I smoked cannabis for like 14 years and i had to quit last year after several trips to the ER so sick with anxiety and vomiting. Doesn't matter which strand but some were extremely worse and then others made me feel like just si weak and faint. They diagnosed me with cannabis hyperemesis syndrome. Haven't touch it since but one time almost 6 months after that and it still had the same horrible affects. Really sad because it calmed my restless legs and mind so i could sleep and helped with pain. Now it seems like i take ibuprofen and Tylenol everyday. Multiple sclerosis 😢

Ingested Cannabinoid therapies are superior and required for healing. Utilize no psychotropic Cannabinoid therapies purchase at your local health food stores such as Vitamin shoppe GNC Elliott's some Walgreens and Lucky Raley's grocery stores and online at Charlotte's Web site or Irwin's naturals

Doing research into 2-AG and Anandamide I see much different structures & functional groups (no amide in the amide for example) compared to the ones at 2:44 and 2:52, why is this so? curious to hear thoughts :). *edit: the first one is THC lol

Can CBD & delta 8 cause or worsen depression? I’ve been trying both for 3 wks now looking for something to help me cope w/ my chronic bone disease & fibro. But wow am I feeling just in the dumps. At the very bottom. Scraping it for crumbs

Cbd should not worsen your depression by it's own. The dosage matters.

Delta 8 thc and cbd produce the most mild and least noticeable effects compared to thc. You should try something with thc in it (delta 9) not delta 8 thc.

It's rather bizarre that an informational video on a biological system needs a musical sound track running over the narration. I guess it's all the generational tv watchers out there that must have a constant form of entertainment running. I'm out of here.
