This is my favorite Ronaldo's season ever. 2006-2007 was a massive breakthrough period for him, where he really transformed into a world class player. At the time Mourinho's Chelsea was unstoppable, it's was amazing to see this young United team beat them to the league title.
Kids that didnt grow up watching Cristiano Ronaldo dont know how great it was to start seeing a player like this play at that era in this year . we Had Ronaldinho but Cristiano was talked about alot

When he became obsessed with goals he forgot how to play ball it’s that simple and that’s why I put Ronaldinho r9 zidane n Messi over him. How did Ronaldo go from being a winger to a top goalscorer?
He was a traditional wide midfielder (what we used to just call a winger back in the day), think guys like Beckham.
Later became a fwd winger after Van Nistelrooy left for Madrid, and that's where the goals and assists starting to flood in.
Went on to became a striker because of his Tendinitis condition- as to limit his time running around as much as possible.
