It doesn’t take too long to learn, it’s not as aim dependent as jett or reyna (because decoys and teleports to play mind games + really strong flash) and it’s insanely fun when done rigjt

@@origamiorc467 yes as a controler even though omen is the most aggresive one it is still support so it is easier to get kills with yoru
to anyone who decides to try out yoru after watching this, you need to realise that what separates high level and casual yoru players is knowing when to use ur util for what purpose Eg. when to entry and when to lurk so even if u know how to execute plays it doesn't mean you'll have a lot of fun in ranked when u get shut down often

ive had to play hyper aggressive omen to make up for duelists not doing their job. Now its my turn IM the duelist now.
I saw one person playing yoru and he was a god among men. Every action was precise and methodical. He was at every site instantly. His tp's and flashes were calculated. He lurked like no man ive come across in 2 years of this game have ever done. He was the sole reason his team won. Without fail the moment he died the round was won. I yearn for it.

I just unlocked yuro and he’s the most fun and satisfying agent to use. I was a sage main but my play style is more aggressive so he fits my play style

I were thinking about going back to playing him, this is a good refresher.
Opinions on giving yoru a small buff so he can activate a pre placed clone (alt fire clone) by pressing the ability button again. Would allow for some more outplays I think?
also maybe making it so you can place tp on higehr altidtudes liek a chamber tp

as a yoru 1 trick i agree with this so much yoru is all about mind games and how to trick ur enemies so if ur good at that u should try yoru. Another tip is use ur clone as a bait(trust me)
in what cases would u use the clone as the bait

@@Youjvwhw The Sova guide is super outdated and I recently watched, and I disagree with many aspects of it as a Sova main. I think newer players trying to learn Sova should have a more up-to date guide.
I don't understand how people is not using Yoru on every team, is the best lurker without discussion, a good initiator, a self-service assassin and it brings a lot of data to the rest of the team, his abilities are totally broken.

You definetively can!
I'm maining Yoru and normally are somewhere between the mid of the scoreboard and lower, but I don't care about my KDA. Since what is important is that I have fun. Additionally by playing an agent more and more you get a better understanding of when using your util. Also your general game sense increases. So don't worry about getting few kills, just play the agent you are having fun with and will automatically get better :)
We all can agree that Yoru is the only skillfully duelist the rest are just press w and shoot
Jett is skilled, Raze is too, neon too, Im otp yoru btw I only play him on both my acc
@@kiseijuu7420 Yoru is the only unique Duelist agent.. his kit isn't as selfish as the other duelists are and his ultimate can secure a site if used correctly, He may not be the best duelist but he surely is an underrated amazing agent.
@@alegend5664 idk if he is not selfish, ofc u can play with ur teamates with fake clones or fake tp but I still think he is kinda selfish, as a yoru main, u kinda play solo with ur kit, since u can push really fast with the tp, or even get in the ennemy spawn with it. But for me its the most fun agent to play by far, there is so much util mix u can do, u can be really creativ and pop some "wooaah" from your teamates after a big brain clutch. And with his kit, he might be the best agent for 1v1 situation.
But what ppl forget a lot is to use the tp, even if u dont have flash, the tp can brain the ennemy easely.
some of those clips makes me question my lobbies, ill have a gatecrash planted in the corner of my spawn as a back up when im in dangerous positions
and on the ice map, when i use it, someone about 30 meters out peeks a corner and caps me immediately, like before i can even pull my gun out.

The only duelist i use is yoru and phoenix , in the low rank i thought im doing good with Yoru since im an Omen main but when i get higher rank Yoru became more hard to play since enemies predicts my moves but Yoru is a God tier duelist for me , Yoru wasnt the problem its Me i know it hahahaha

Clones steps are loud, u can make some plays using it too, like trow the clone to a place that u would go to flee wile u camp beside the door
I love Yoru, he is my favourite agent cuz of his outplay potential, that's why i main him and Kayo.
I love trolling my opponents with outplays and shutting down util, there's still a lot of room for improvement, but the fact that i can compensate my aim with gamesense in off-days is already a huge plus for me

I really loved Yoru ever since he was introduced. I played val0 cuz I saw his trailer way back and he's so sick. You can even see on my profile pic here the 0ni mask. Seeing him used by Tenz for the 1st time in an International competition made me hyped. But using him is challenging as I am more 0f a support player - always on the backlines(s0va, brim, cipher, harb0r, deadl0ck, sage) so I would still continue to master the Master of decepti0n.

I wanted to main yoru when he came out, but I went back to reyna after people would just harasses the living shit out of me for picking "a throw agent". This idea of yoru being trash is still around today and annoys the hell out of me. Yoru IS FUCKING BROKEN (if played correctly), kinda like how the sg 553 was over powered in csgo for FUCKING YEARS and no-one noticed.
When you want to play him, go for it! Try to ignore what other people say. In the end the only important thing is that you have fun playing. Sure winning and having a nice team is cool too but is relinquishing because of the fear of getting herassed really that important?
@@eschess_ That's my philosophy now, but back then I was constantly worrying about mental. And having my entire team yell at me would throw it out of wack after a few games.

Funny you ask! The person who wrote the guide currently has a bit over 500 hours on Yoru. Spread accross multiple high immortal 3 immortal accounts. He averages about a 60% winrate on Yoru.
