As a Capricorn rising myself, whenever someone I haven’t seen in a long time is surprised and happy to see me, I react in a casual way, because it is what it is🤷🏻♀️. If I’m gonna be inside for months, I’m gonna be inside for months. If I’m gonna be out and about, I’m gonna be out and about. Nothing personal about it. Plus, those types of interactions are just small talk anyway, so why put the effort into fully conveying your emotions anyway, except for when you’re *extremely* close to them and the emotions are just too heavy *not* to convey?

I can see how that is annoying, but the reason that sometimes happens is because like....I wanna talk about the situation but there may be SOOOO many layers to it, so I try to give a condensed version. and then when I get advice that doesn't work, I'm like "oh shit,that can't work because [insert reason]" xD I've finally gotten to the point that I don't seek advice from people and I figure it out myself. some people have a hard time understanding the complexity of certain situations, so it's just easier to figure it out on one's own

Leo ascendant here. I was like, "What?! " But then I realized: I talk a lot of shit to distract people and lead the conversation while not appearing to do so. I do this because I've been around a bunch of: A. Drug addicts trying to see what I have that they can steal B. Nosy-ass neighbors C. Relatives who want to borrow money
D. People trying to sell me stuff. So yeah, I tell a lot of jokes, shoot out random anecdotes, discuss news and pop culture (ugh), and ask diverting questions. I'm related to some of these people, so I can't just tell them to fuck off, can I? Keeping peace is far easier than dealing with the consequences of my desire to just vanish, drive to another city and live out of my van for a few. Lies are better than getting arrested for assault--or worse.

I'm a capricorn rising 3rd decan and I have people ask me in the past if I actually have feelings lol. I would get confuse to why people would ask me those kind of questions but now I know. I never knew we come off that cold. I have a tendency to block almost everyone in my life for getting too close because I'm too serious and can never make room for foolish people. I get anxiety when people interfere with my life and work. At home I like to keep myself busy and never run out of things to do, enjoying the little and boring things in life. I hate watching tv and movies. I think it's because I can never relax. When I feel lazy, I'm super lazy but once I get moving, I'm stubborn as them bulls;)
My husband's a Leo rising 1st decan and he jokes a lot or all the time. He's the opposite of me. Very annoying, makes super loud noises and his voice is loud. I often would tell him to stop screaming and he would be like, "babe..I'm not screaming. I'm just speaking to you with my normal voice". Lol but I love him.. he's so much more confident than I am, he's a go getter and is not afraid to be himself. Very generous and very successful at everything that he does.
