I hate how the Emperors challenged the Night Kids to a single hillclimb, but they allowed the Speed Stars to race downhill as many times as they want, switching the driver and car each time. I feel like if the Night Kids added a downhill race against the Emperors, Shingo could possibly beat Seiji, especially since he’s called Myogi’s Downhill Specialist AND if he included the duct tape death match.
Team Emperor aint got all night as they wanted to take over Gunma quick as they can Lol how bold of you to assume Shingo could beat an Evo on a downhill, the Speed Stars are worthless either way, look at their cars 😅
Second Stage is always gonna be my favorite something about seeing Team Emperor’s Evo Streak get destroyed by an Eight-Six makes me happy. Team Emperor is always gonna be my fav even if they are the bad guys.
Even in Third Stage his hair is like that in Third Stage. The black hair color returned in Fourth Stage and also retained in Fifth Stage though also in 5th Stage his face design completely changed.
Kyoichi Sudo was a former member of the Todo School despite driving an Evo. He was good friends with Tomoyuki Tachi and warned Ryosuke they wanted a rematch. I saw this in the Initial D Wiki but I don't see any source of this in the Anime so this is probably only mentioned in the manga but the scene where he warns Ryosuke is in the Anime too.

Why did they make ryosuke look like takumi also think they messed up shouldve made it where the skyline GTR beat the ae86 not the evo or least the 34 since the skyline GTRs are considered the Godzilla of japans race car world just like in tokyo drift the big bad boss of the game is a midnight pitch black GTR 34 and youd be lucky to beat it even with your car maxed mod out.
The R34 has one glaring weakness on the downhill. Compared to the 86 it is massively heavy, and AWD, meaning it chews up its front tyres quite quickly. (That is why the R32 lost back in stage 1) The EVO is lighter in the front, and I think smaller, which makes it more suited for the downhill. I think the S2000 is a much better final competitor.

GTR’s are good on circuits, not downhills. They’re pretty good at uphills too, nowhere near as good as an EVO.
The real driver this is based on, the drift king, has beat multiple gtrs in an 86. Stop glazing that car just cause you saw it in fast and furious
