Thank you so much for saying its alright to grieve. I am very broken being hurt and rejected by the pastor in my church. I think thats why it hurt so much, because I admired and looked up to him. Please pray that ill be able to completly forgive and heal from this and where to go from here.
Kindly answer this.... How should we do it? The process.... How should we release offence? Is it advisable to meet the wrongdoers and converse/confense face to face whilst forgiving?.
So I’ve grieved, I’ve felt like I forgave and released it to God but the thoughts keep coming back. I feel trapped by them. Is it just that some really deep wounds mean you have to forgive over and over and over?
i keep saying its okay to thinks but do i really feel like its okay? did i really even forgive them? no, so im trying to learn how to forgive this person .
God knows this is just what I need to hear. Thank you.

Ugh 😩 unfortunately yes. Forgiveness is a process and often that means needing to forgive again, and release it again.
I struggle to forgive a family member because she is complete denial and has gaslit me a lot refusing to ever acknowledge
