it didn't make me sleep but it sure help me feel relaxed. and it helps, A LOT. Lately i've been dealing with stress and anxiety. I feel presured by all the expectation around me. I even failed my first semester so i need to take the test again which waste lots of my time and money. so yeah, hearing such a soothing voice does help me relax a bit so THANK YOU :)
