The United States of America itself is the most beautiful place on the planet. Every state is unique in its own way but as far as awe inspiring landscapes the West is tops.
Driven this road many times in the past when I lived in Vegas On a work assignment in the '80s & '90s. The first time I went to Death Valley was December 1967, I'd just turned 7 years old and we were greeted with one of the worst winters ever in Death Valley. We made the best of it, went to Zabriskie Point, And Badwater, that was close to flooding out. The Sand Dunes, and Artist's Pallet, And Ubehebe Crater. I've also witnessed 5 Spring bloom events, And every one of them were astounding!! Ash Meadows in the Amargosa Valley is also a Gem In the Desert worth exploring. I spent a lot of time there. Beautiful...
So many thoughts. I saw uplifts, down dips, pretty sure I even saw a fold or two. And the valley floor of Death Valley. Ah what a story. I have heard somewhere that there may be as much as 40 square miles of water under Death Valley but don't quote me. Thank you for a geological treat. :D
Always beautiful when you cruise DVNP; you must be as addicted to this area, as you are to Glenwood Canyon. I'd be addicted, too! As of this week, the week of June 30-July 6 and a little beyond, California will be enduring a very bad heat wave. I believe that the National Park Service will then close this Park ENTIRELY, for a few days, due to HEAT EMERGENCY. Go around, using the U.S.6, or the I-15. Positively no through traffic on the 190. Hmm, "BELL" Vista Road . . . in Pahrump. Overnight radio talk show host, Art Bell was one of this city's most celebrated citizens, so, anything in the vicinity christened "Bell", is in memoriam to him and his also late wife, Ramona. I listened to him through the '90's and the turn of the century and I found him extremely entertaining. I couldn't REALLY take his material seriously, though he was mostly DEAD serious about it. He believed in cryptids (Bigfoot/Chupacabras, etc.); time travel--including MANY parallel time bands; extra-terrestrial life amongst us; vampires; werewolves; malarkey at Area 51; a centralized shadow government running every nation's government, economies, & cultures (been that way since at least the 18th Century); and, conspiracies within conspiracies. He could poke a lot of fun at callers, but, if you poked fun at HIM, he'd unceremoniously dump YOU! Very funny guy, because he took himself way too seriously, pompously so, with his sonorous, important-sounding bass voice.
Yay...I'm the first one here. Awesome work as always. I just love this part of the Mojave Desert and of course Death Valley. Pahrump is a cute town, and love Shoshone, and that amazing drive down 190 West!
Wow what timing. I just did the drive from LV to Death Valley on this same route yesterday. I had lunch at the Arby’s on the left at the very start of the video.
@@swithinbarclay4797 Hello to you from Algeria! Yeah , Death Valley is really amazing ! I have even set up the weather forcast on my phone for Death Valley. The temperature I'm writing this comment on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 , is 43c, humidity 10% and it's 18:04( Algeria time) 10:04 ( Death Vally time).
Magnifique, on ne se lasse pas de regarder.
Merci pour ces images à couper le souffle.
The American West is still the most beautiful part of the country! Stunning landscapes and scenery 😍👍👍
I agree. Even the movies where they are played in the Far West are more appealing to me than those played in the American East!
By far....one of the most beautiful places in the world
Agreed, the west is filled with outstanding natural beauty.

Oh yeah, a very warm heat wave is hitting all over in the southwest. 110+ temps in Las Vegas too. Looks like it's going to be a very hot summer!
It is so beautiful road.
Just did this exact drive, from Belle Vista Road in early June. Temperature was 119 degrees.
The whole area gets unbelievably hot this time of year!

It’s a really nice area, and Pahrump is a nice little city. Thanks for watching!

Always enjoy these. 😊 What kind of car are you driving in these? Thanks 😊
This was filmed in an Audi Q5
Nice quiet car. Look forward to your next drive. Thanks 😊
I’m surprised how green it is (not Death Valley but the drive there). Had it rained recently? Beautiful drive!!
Certainly some spring rains helped to make the drive nice and green. 💚
Greetings from Algiers, Algeria.
And, hello to you, in Algeria!! Death Valley must then strike some familiar chords with you.

@AdventureEveryDay Could you do a 360° video ?
Fluid video what camera did you use if i may ask ?
Some kinda lonely road ❤
I just posted this then you hit traffic from construction 🦺 🚧 😅
good 👍
Thanks
It's easy to see how the road going down to Furnace Creek got wiped out during the recent heavy rains. It follows a large wash all the way down.
Definitely. It doesn't rain that often, but when it does then things can get wild in a hurry.
What recent rains? We haven’t had torrential downpours in California in months and this was filmed in May
@@thehapagirl92 I was referring to the torrential rains in this region 10th Aug 2022. For Death Valley, that's recent.
