I love this ongoing story outside of just the reactions, XD showing up to complain about the "Island" being exposed, Ida making some sort of plan by taking a picture, the quirk dampener wearing off, and of course leaving them on a cliffhanger (us too but not the point). I am very excited to see more of this story and see where it goes, maybe they'll actually go on an expedition to find the dream isles?
I don't remember if it was elaborated on but I'd like to share my thoughts on how it would fit in to the MHA verse. So, I'm going to assume that DreamXD has something like a dimension quirk. (Would also explain how he got into your avatar's mind as that'd probably be considered a dimension)
I believe that first of all, there's a barrier around the isles to prevent information and people from getting in an out, blocking it from all view, created by DreamXD of course, within this barrier he has set up his own rules with his quirk, allowing people to die multiple times and come back as a ghost as well as be revived from the dimension of death, then the nether portals who only work within DreamXD's reach probably and the nether being a dimension he made, and the inventory being something DreamXD created and gave to them.
Then the people, since it's in the MHA verse they either have their quirks repressed by DreamXD or they're the latest in a long line of people living trapped on the isles thus not having quirks, some having due to whatever causing quirks in the outside world to reach in.
Since I think I remember them or you reacting or talking about the viewers and how they're given money I think that the DreamSMP is like a dark web entertainment series, like Squid Games, just in the MHA verse, pretty tight-lipped too since none of the heroes (or villains) know about it.
Then there's the option of it all just being roleplay but that'd be lame. Anyway, I'm just excited to see what happens next so this is my headcanon right now.

I'm so happy this series wasn't discontinued! It would be funny if some of the mha characters went to rescue the dsmp members that seemed the least villainous (based on what they watched) and them trying to fit into mha's society, but you probably have something better planned. Either way, keep up the good work, can't wait to see what's next!
