Food poisoning is different from the stomach flu aka stomach virus. Food poisoning only last for about a day. Stomach virus can last about 2 weeks. I've had both. It's horrible but that stomach virus lasted 2 weeks and I had to go to the hospital. I'm young but I was severely dehydrated. I couldn't eat anything but soup for 3 weeks. Not fun.

In my mind, I have an honorary medical degree from RUclips University and many years of clinical experience in bullshit so thank you very much for your analysis. But seriously pancreatitis is associated with the type of weight loss medication Oprah has admitted to being on and it is a pretty serious problem
@@Heystalkers360 lol yes its a RARE side effect. A more COMMON side effect is gastroparesis. Not only do I have 2 nursing degrees but I've also taken the medication and very aware of the side effects. Her symptoms are more than likely related to the delayed gastric emptying the medication causes when you don't eat the right foods as opposed to the more serious side effect of pancreatitits which does have similar symptoms
