fantastic to see a wood turning channel that uses wood that can be ound in our backyards, fire wood, ,down the back paddock or road side tree falls. . Grat to see the colours of the Australian wood and the country
Very nice Greg, thank you for sharing this with us. It’s great to see that you’re sourcing different species of timber for this project. Well done mate 👍🏼
Well done Greg, all look about the same size and shape which is damned hard to do freehand like that. I like the black gum. I've only had one lot of bull oak and it was so hard I gave it to a mate who made a coffee table with it. He said he never wanted to work with it again.
Beautiful! Thanks!

Thanks Garth. Yes we are very lucky to have beautiful wood so close to home.

Thanks Kev. Always looking for wood. Currently collecting more mistletoe.
Great little project, thanks for sharing! Good sound and video also!
Thanks for watching. Christmas will be here in no time.

Thanks John, Once you start doing a few the muscle memory kicks in. The bull oak I have is lovely wood. It is hard but not too hard (Goldilocks hard)
Very nice. Did you make the small ball on the clapper or purchase them? If you did purchase, could you please advise where.
Thanks, Myles
Afternoon Myles. Thanks for that. I did start to make my own but became lazy and brought the clappers from the local $2 shop.
