The case ending of a Noun differs based on it's position in the sentence - whether it functions as the subject, object of a verb, follows a preposition, etc. E.g., Muhammadun, Muhammadan, Muhammadin - the Noun is Muhammad, but the ending varies.

Once upon a time I was an Orthodox Christian. I was possibly unthinkingly indoctrinated...liked the liturgy,, the music, the incense. But as soon as you study the theology the more nonsense emerges. A weird combination of Greek philosophy, the argument about the Logos, Paganism, the blood sacrifice, Judaism and the need for a great new leader. It's a mess. And the New Testament is in no way credible. Beautiful stories but dated often hundreds of years after the events. And disagreeing on vitally important issues, history and facts.
