Bizarre Heroes Live.mov

I was digging through a bunch of old live recording of On Ensemble tracks and came across this from our Works in Progress '09 concert. It's a free jazz inspired track I wrote called Bizarre Heroes based on a 13/8 groove that features Russel Baba on sax and Kaoru Watanbe on fue. This was the first the piece had been performed live so the execution is a bit sloppy but it's still a favorite of mine. On Ensemble will be gearing up for a new recording soon and there is chance we'll do a version of this track. The pictures are of a sunrise at Borobudur I took during my time in central Java.
