- At the time of being cast I was a part-time drag queen of 2.5 years that lasted 10 competitive episodes of my favorite television show. I am forever grateful for this incredible opportunity and thankful to RuPaul for changing my life, but giving me the platform to showcase the art I've always wanted to create.
To my sisters- I am so honored to be part of such a legendary cast. Our resilience will go down in history considering the factors held against us and I will fight for you to the end. I love you all so much. On that note- any energy or feelings you have towards my elimination should be directed towards LOVE and celebration.
To my city- I hope I've made you proud. You've inspired me beyond measure and helped me push the boundaries of my own creativity by being subversive, authentic, innovative and so beautiful. I will forever be grateful for the community my drag was raised through and I love you. To Abhijeet, Loren, Trey, Eda, Natasha, Tenderoni, Chamilla, Manny, Joshuan, Laila, Bambi, Aunty, Alex and everyone in my chosen family that helped me prepare, I am so thankful and so blessed to have you in my life. Thank you endlessly.
To Transit Productions, thank you for these incredible gifts. Producing these videos with a team I trust with these delicate messages has been so liberating and unbelievably healing. You've been an integral part in creating my most prized rewards from this entire experience.

THIS, and not the lip sync against Olivia on the actual show, is what will ultimately get millions of views. THIS, and not the lip sync against Olivia, is how we will remember Denali's lip sync to "Shackles." It's so appropriate that Denali, who lamented her "cinder block" ice skates for her opening lip sync on the show, breaks out the skates once again to show how liberating they have been for her throughout her entire life. And that she does so to a song about liberation through faith in something transcendent. Pure poetry.

I agree. I'm surprised this video doesn't have more views tbh. It's a beautiful video. I love watching Denali skate because the passion shows and she lights up. The show definitely did not do her fairly, but I did live for everything she did with her time there because she gave us some great performances.

@@SproutNoDoubt she was so unlucy that a lot of the times she had to lipsync she was being restrained by something, i love her first lp even with the skates and in this one the dress and the coices werent the best for her, but we could see her perform at her best in 100% and im glad that people could see that at least once

I swear this is how you advertise yourself! Not just in the show, but out of the show as well. Denali will forever be the most memorable queen for me for this season, and they haven't even crowned the winner yet, and I cannot care less.
I think it was Trixie Mattel who said that queens borrow RuPaul's fans while the show airs but it's what you do afterwards that determines if they become YOUR fans, long-term. Denali has done that. She is the de facto winner. I'm not watching the rest of the season - just the finale to see her outfit and potentially her win for Miss Congeniality. Because, of course, that is the LEAST production can do to partially rectify the situation.

Performance should be normalized. Athleticism should be normalized. Living to your fullest should be normalized. I hope the regular people of the world and the skating world is listening. This is a queen that stays 100% true to herself whilst uplifting those around her. Absolutely gutted that she was eliminated undeservedly and way too early, but the way she's handling it with so much grace is honestly pretty inspiring and it's plain to see why she's the people's favourite. Simply cannot wait to see what she does next, I have a feeling that she's gonna come out on top regardless. I the meantime, this on repeat. Pure love.
