    6. FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TABLESPOON
    7. SALT - 3 TABLESPOON
    8. RED CHILLI POWDER- 3 TABLESPOON
    9. TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON
    10. NIGELLA SEEDS - 1 TABLESPOON
    11. ASAFOETIDA - 1 + 1 TSP
    12. MUSTARD OIL - 2 CUP (500 ML)
    13. WHITE COOKING VINEGAR - 2 TABLESPOON

    14. ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    15. GARLIC - 5 TO 7 CLOVES
    16. GREEN CHILLI - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    17. GINGER - 1 INCH
    18. URAD DAL - ¼ CUP (SOAKED FOR 2 HOURS)
    19. WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
    20. SUJI / RAVA - ¼ CUP
    21. SALT - ½ TSP
    22. DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
    23. CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
