Yeah it's hard to judge how hard you need to break as you compensate for tires wearing. But yeah it's a fun game, there's not always a lot of players online but if you queue during the evening in Europe you can generally find quite a few players. Offline is pretty fun too.
Ah awesome :) You're very good, you got the fastest lap that race, it look like you and ihramonster had a pretty close race, if only I had been able to keep up we could have seen it better lol!
@@MinardiSimsport Yeah maybe next time, although I still doubt I'll get close to you lol. Yeah also seeing what strategy other racers are doing in a race sounds cool
Yeah it's a fun little racing game with simple controls. There's sometimes a lack of players and that syncing issue where the game rolls you back can ruin races. But I'm hoping it's just an early access thing and the bugs get fixed and the player base grows when the game gets released.
Hey, so there was definitely a time it was happening a lot as you can see in this video where it seemed to happen 3 races in a row (I assume it happened to my opponents in race 3 as they all started late) : ruclips.net/video/uXJMWbdHxtE/видео.html I made a post about it on the steam forum, the devs didn't really respond to it or say that they were fixing it or anything but it seems to have calmed down now though. I haven't actually seen it in my most recent sessions, but I may have just been lucky or something. I didn't really see many other people in the forum complaining about this issue though so maybe it doesn't happen to everyone. And as the game is in early access right now I assume that issue will only get better over time. So I hope that helps. I think it's a fun game, you can have fun races with pitstops offline against the AI and you can have fun races online too. Although as with every racing game with contact you'll get some dirty drivers online. There's not always lot of people online to race against atm but if you queue in the evenings in Europe you'll generally get decent sized lobbies.
@@Aezwozere Yeah it's still in early accecss so stuff like that can happen, but sounds good if it seems to be happening less :) It just looks nice from what i've seen and it will probably only get better and more content, so really excited to see what will come next! Thanks for the answer :)
i like this game but i barely get 4 people for an online match, i always get 3 which turns to 2 once the first 4 laps happen and it sucks i wish there was a huge player base
Yeah as I mentioned in the video description these were some of my better races, I also get races with just a few people. Generally I find the best times to queue is after 7pm UTC and before 10pm UTC, and that's when the steam charts say most people are online (steamdb.info/app/1097130/graphs/). That's when I tend to get decent sized lobbies so I'd recommend trying to queue then.
@@Aezwozere as much as i love this game im gonna try to get it refunded, with lack of proper online and lack of players i would rather put my money in something else until the game goes on sale, or if i somehow got a free key to play. love your vids btw
@@alexnas9634 Yeah that makes sense. If you've had it for less than 2 weeks and played it for less than 2 hours then Steam should refund it no problem. If not then you might have a tougher time, but best of luck with it, hope you get your refund. And thanks man, I appreciate the support.
Hey, I'm not sure, I use the keyboard to play. I think so but I don't think the Gas and Pedals work atm, I think I've seen stuff on the Discord about that in the past. Best to ask about it in the official Discord: discord.gg/CircuitSuperstars
The game seems to have been built like they expect to do a console port, you can't navigate the menu's with a mouse, and it's a bit clumsy navigating it with a keyboard. I think they want you to use a gamepad, it almost feels like it's a PC port of a console game already. So I imagine the console ports should be soon after it's actual release.
It's called Circuit Superstars, it's available on steam and it's in Early Access at the moment: store.steampowered.com/app/1097130/Circuit_Superstars/ I don't think it's available on any other platforms yet but it looks like they plan on doing console releases as well according to Wikipedia.
Hey, so there are a lack of players online and it can be hard to find online races as a result. If you do want to find online races then your best bet is too join the official discord and see when people are queuing up. Also the game is in early access so the netcode isn't the best atm. There used to be a lot of lag that would make it hard to control your car but I that's been improved recently but collisions are still an issue atm. I think it's a fun game but people have bought the game and then commented about how they can't find races or the lag is bad so bare that in mind before getting it.
That last lap was about to get interesting
Yeah, one more lap would have been fun
This is great! Makes me want to get in it. Feels like you break too hard on some corners like 15:07
