Saw some comments on this video having to do with the seven deadly sins, but I couldn't find any conclusive posts, so here's my own analysis:
The guy who made the drops is Greed, with his gold foil-covered hands. Greed leads to the other sins.
Envy is the girl with the eyedropper. She's jealous of the substance that Greed made, so out of spite, she steals the substance and gives it away.
Wrath is the older wrestler in red. Jealousy leads to anger, and that's exactly what happened here with the girl giving the drop to him. He beats the guy in blue.
This guy in blue is pride, and the other red Wrath wrestler beats him, and eventually kind of spits on him? Which is humiliating, and the blue guy's pride is hurt - Wrath injures Pride - so Pride turns to Lust to bring his ego back up/comfort himself, and makes out with the girl on the bed.
This girl in the yellow sweater is Lust. She leaves the guy as soon as she gets what she needs from him - the sort of instant gratification that lust leads to.
The guy laying down that Lust sweats on is Sloth; he doesn't move, he is literally dragged across the floor until he floats over to Gluttony. Laziness feeds Gluttony, and Gluttony ends up acting as a fuel to power Greed. And boom, we've come full circle.

One thing I also noticed, and I could be totally off, was after Lust got what she wanted, she left to go off and dance by herself and for a moment you see a mirror. Lust doesn't need an Other. She became perfectly content with herself (fill in the blanks there kids), and that's what lead to Sloth. Just becoming introverted and by herself... Just my 2 pesos.

Glass Animals really hit a flow in this song. No matter how bad your day has been just put this on and your body just feels that flow. You guys got this song perfect.
Not only does each person represent one of the seven deadly sins (the little girl envying the man in the beginning, the next man showing wrath, the 3rd lust, the fourth pride, the 5th sloth, the 6th gluttony, and the 7th being the golden hands representing greed), but how sin as humans is what makes us all the same and even brings us together. Each person received the same liquid and just about the same amount, thus symbolizing how we each carry this metaphoric bond or goo in one way or another. The beggining of the video symbolizes creation and the introduction of the inevitable evil bound to make its way into our life. The steam in the end of the video is like acceptance of said darkness forced to breathe in the vapor yet they all sit in a sauna; a place where one would go to relax and remain calm. these are just my thoughts though, feel free to interpret what you would like(:

The girl in bed (depression) is happy (the dancing) again once she realizes she is loved.

So that would mean that the liquid traveling between the people in the video would symbolize some sort of evil force. (Note: Im not religious but I know a bit about christian beliefs) Could the video be trying to imply that everyone sins and that we are all connected by our sins? They are all in a steam room using the liquid to produce the steam and bask in it. Does humanity bask in sin?

Perhaps we are all connected by our sins. we are all connected by our humanity, we are animals, most of us just forget and put ourselves above nature. we separated ourselves when we named her.

So Glass animals are my absolute favorite band at the moment so I've been trying to find other music that sounds like them. I recently discovered the band Alabama Shakes, I'm sure many of you have heard of them but I think they sound a lot like the Glass Animals with a bit of an Arctic Monkeys edge.

1st time I heard it & saw the video (over & over) I was on my 1st & sadly my only trip a few years ago. It was the best feeling I've ever had in my whole life just can't explain it. this video brings back good memories.. The air was so colorful like the northern lights, but we were in a hotel room lol. Everything made me sooo happy & I now know what euphoria feels like to experience.. thanks Glass Animals for making it all the better..
