Do you have a post workout protein shake? I'm on a bulk, too. I also workout at home. But, i pack in a shake consisting of 1 scoop protein, 3/4 scoop creatine, 1 scoop collagen, 1 scoop dextrose, water - minutes after i finish my workout. Then, by the time i finish my shower, I'm ready for my lunch. (Coffee and breakfast from 8am to 9am. Then gym for 2 hours). The only thing I'm not doing is counting my calories and macros. I try to eat clean, and as much as i can. 🤷♂️ I'm getting jacked. But, my belly is getting fat. 😬💩

Bro stop buying shit food, only way is to not have any food that can add calories quickly in the house, eat the same foods you were eating in the deficit but in more quantity, that's what will satiate you. Or if you haven't done it already, have a good cheat weekend eating literally anything you want without tracking, it'll be a great mental boost to keep eating clean afterwards without cravings.

Yeah it’s tough, I just try to hold off on eating until later in the day and always have something really filling for dinner so that you’re full when you go to bed
