I remember your AMD 5600X video with Quest 2. Did the Ryzen 5800x3D improved your fps with VR? I'm wondering if upgrading from 5600x.
So I could be imagining it - but yes. I think it made a massive difference. I can now hold 90 FPS steady, with full car grid, 1.5x Super Sampling and most of the graphic detail turned up! I found it would stutter / drop previously. Though I did read they did a hotfix which improved FPS in VR (while I wasn't playing) - so not sure whether it was the CPU change or that hot fix, but I'm really pleased with the VR performance now (note I do have a RTX 3080 too)
Oh no, that ending! Such a shame. It looked like you had the pace to fight for 4th but the off tracks held you back so much.
Yup - was a shame. I got DQ'd in another race too - as netcode thought I had collided when I hadn't even touched a car. Painful on the SR / IR - but I'll grind it back.
