sorry i didn't quite get it. so for us to Convert the lvl95 EOD weapon into lvl99, it needs to have DMF(Dreamy Moon Forest) used on it first? or can we convert a clean newly crafted lvl95 EOD weapon into lvl99 and have that extra slot without using DMF on it?

Nope , frozen jade will be disused by new nest, so lv99 gears can’t gear frozen jades

For now , the purpose to Lv 99 only ADJ
Stats no changes , so 2nd weapon no need to change to lv99
