I feel like the snow plow guy woulda noticed the final stand between the protagonist and the deer monster, and was just playing oblivious as well cause who'd believe him either?
Makes sense, shoot he might've been the only one who knows what goes down around those parts, and cared enough to come help the guy just like the Black chef gentleman who also had the "shining" like Danny Torrence in the Shining movie, and fought the snow storm to help them.....but met a sad ending?

@@EdwardXbot3 Yeah, the trucker probably wasn't enthused, but he was pretty badass though. I like how he decided to fight the Wendigo to the bitter end and use his last bullet of the Wendigo instead of himself.

That was a phenomenal story!!! As a truck driver I can relate to being snowed in in my truck. So I can actually pretend this is me and I’m in this guy’s situation. I used to listen to you when I was on the road when I would sleep. Now that I’m home I strictly listen when I take a shower where I can pay full attention, I’m very thankful for you and for your stories. Thanks again for such a great story!!!!!
This was tense. I can relate to all that snow and cold so it was creepy. We are vulnerable with extreme elements. I was rooting for the truck driver the whole time.
Doesn’t it make you think if all the lessons taught by parents the entire time growing in a place that gets a lot of snow. I listen to this and think, “didn’t his parents teach him x, y, & z?” My great grandparents used a rope to find the outhouse, because people without one would wander off and be found frozen 10’ from the house or miles from the house. When I built my fences where there are gates, I built them to permit me to climb them like a ladder, as the gate can’t be opened until it is all shoveled out.
What a special treat tonight! I've been relistening and enjoying your past videos these last few nights so I'm extra excited for a new one! Thank you LH! I hope you and anyone reading this are having a fantastic weekend!🤗💜❄
Great now I am imagining a yearly eldritch monster hunt where there are just dozens of people in snowplows driving around. The monsters curled up in a ball sobbing knowing that the snowplows are coming.
New Lurker--LHH, I am in love with your narration. I happened upon your channel recently & I AM MESMERIZED by the cadence & timbre of your voice. More importantly, I am a fan of ALL GENRES OF HORROR, dating back from 'GIANT GILA MONSTER' & Abraham Stoker to Stephen King & M. Knight Shyamalan, with EVERYTHING 'HORROR-SCAPED' in between. Finally, listening to horror (as opposed to reading books /watching movies) is a relatively new experience for me.

Bloody awesome story Stephen, this is up there with the recent Sasquatch one with the barking dogs, I forget the name but have listened to it a few times. You really did it justice too, great job Stephen. Cheers mate, Lee.

If it's big, white and fluffy, it's my great pyrenees Zack. Don't worry about him, he likes the cold, so he stays outside to play in blizzards. Also, if you see him when he's on his own, his bark is all he has; no bite.
