- This video show a little bit of everything at the transfer station.
Garbage trucks dumping their loads. Front load trucks. Residential automated trucks, roll off trucks.
Also has clips of the yard goat dropping a full trailer and hooking up to a empty one to get filled with trash.
The loader and the crane has the spot light also showing the raw power that these big equipment are capable of.

Hey thanks for showing the yard goat grabbing and dropping a 53'er. It would be great to see more or the peripheral activities around you. I dont know if the admins would allow you to have a camera inside the cab of the "re-distributor?" that you use to move weight around in the trailer, but that would fun to watch as well.

Also cool you were able to show the trailer being pulled out and reloaded. I know a lot of people who have asked about that and how it works.
The sites, sounds and smells, that looks soooo fun to me, you are very lucky to have a connection here where they let you hang out and get video, so wish I was there!
6:05 why do they have two separate compartments if it’s gonna be dumped at the same place?
They use one of the compartments for yard debris in the morning then after they dump the yard debris they switch back to trash on both sides.

Hey! I’m a floater so I drive all the trucks. So that was not the truck I was driving that day. I have been driving the mini pack truck for a few weeks. I’m glad you liked the trailer swap out. I’m trying to make things interesting for the viewers. It’s getting difficult though!

Thank you! It could have been anything! From a big bag of poo or some old trinket that someone didn’t want to bother selling. People throw away all kinds of useful things that still have life.

I know this isnt Jersey, but ever find anything weird in there, like a long gun or a body?
Last year a body was dumped here. A guy killed his girlfriend, cut her up and stuffed the body in barrel. Then put it in a compactor at his apartment complex. That compactor was dumped here. Though we didn’t know about the body since it was in a barrel. He was found out a few days later and told police where he put the body. So the detectives where able to look back at security footage here and see which trailer it ended up in.

(2:10) - Is there a reason that some of these trucks dump in front of the pit instead of into it? Is it because there's no trailer in the pit? Surely they don't just accidentally miss the whole freaking pit.
Lol accidentally miss the pit! No it’s because the TS operator asked them to dump on the floor because either there wasn’t a trailer in the hole or the TS operator didn’t need all the tonnage in the trailer so it’s easier to push the load with the bucket loader later. Thanks for watching!
How many garbage trucks go to this transfer station in a typical day
when you load the truck,, whats your limit?.. ours in alaska is 78k,,
These can be loaded up to 62k in the trailer. 78k is a lot! Must be like a 5 axel!

I’m actually a garbage truck driver. I’m a floater so I get to drive all the trucks. Roll off, front load, automated resi, mini pack and I also work at the transfer station if they need help.

What incinerator does this garbage gets trucked to from this transfer station
No incinerator. It gets hauled off to a landfill and buried after it gets dumped here.
@@AllThingsDope. landfills are bad for the environment and they do generate electricity to homes as energy from waste does
There have been many homicide cases solved by evidence, body parts, and weapons found in garbage already dumped at sites as shown in this video. With all the garbage bags cramed together into the trucks dumped in one big load, how in the world would they find evidence? Even if they do, unless they can get fingerprints, how could you possibly match it to a case?
Where does this all go after here to a landfill or go to a incinerator
It goes to the landfill to be dumped.
We’re does that person take that load of garbage?
After the trailer gets full of garbage. It gets transferred to a landfill nearby to be buried. Thanks for watching.
