Great tutorial! Do you know why it is only importing 45 of my 60 fields? Is there a limit that can be increased?
Hello! To my knowledge, there shouldn't be a strict limit on the number of fields that can be imported. However, there are a few factors that could cause only a portion of the fields to be imported:
Table Structure: If the data in the PDF is organized in tables, the data extraction feature may not recognize all tables or may struggle with complex table structures. In such cases, it may miss some fields or rows.
Data Recognition: The accuracy of data extraction depends on the clarity and consistency of the data in the PDF. If there are variations in formatting, layout, or text recognition errors, it can affect the extraction process.
Page Layout: If the PDF document contains multiple pages, ensure that the data extraction settings are configured to extract data from all pages. Sometimes, data from additional pages may be missed if not properly configured.
Software Limitations: While there isn't a predefined limit on the number of fields that can be imported, some PDF to Excel conversion tools or software may have their own limitations or performance constraints.
To address the issue of missing fields, you can try the following steps:
Review the PDF document to ensure that all fields are clearly identifiable and located in areas that are accessible for data extraction.
Check the settings of your data extraction tool or software to ensure that it's configured to extract data from all relevant pages and regions of the document.

Thank you so much for such a thorough response. i will try to troubleshoot. In the text file I do see all the columns listed so I dont think it is the extraction. When i use your merge method they all import, but lose the power query benefits. Is there also a way to export multiple forms to txt? I found how to do actions but that way only saved the pdf not the form fields.
How do get this chocolate brown color on your hair. It's so hard to get chocolate tone. Do you mix 2 colors. If I use light brown, it does not get chocolate, if I use medium brown, it gets almost black. Do you mix different color like light brown with medium brown? and which brand?
Hello! I go to a stylist that does my color. I am not sure what brand she uses but it is a mix and then I get partial highlights to blend it in so it doesn’t look too dark. What version of pro do you need? I don’t see an export option in my prepare form 2017 version.

I cannot find the Export option when I click Prepare a Form. I only see two buttons 'distribute...' and 'Track ...'. My version of acrobat pro is 2022 (64 bit). I tried several days with no success. Any suggestions will be much appreciated! Thanks.
