I am very glad you uploaded this. Unironically given me the confidence to try solos again. Many guide videos do hard-cutes and edits, or focus too much on breaking into "chapters" exactly what is happening. Breaks the flow of what the game actually looks like. But you uploading this? I can see you aren't doing tick manips, you aren't stressing, it's just...playing the game. Even more relaxed than wintertodt or tempeross
I'm glad you appreciate it! I do plan on releasing my own polished guide, but I see this upload as valuable supplemental material, partly for the reason you described. As to whether this is more relaxed than WT or Temp, I'm not entirely sure I agree. My experience as shown here might not be representative of yours if you try solos again, given the fact that I've literally soloed GOTR hundreds of times at this point. Along the way, I've lost dozens of games, and it's taken a long time and lots of trial and error. I do feel like GOTR is more difficult to master, and the tolerances with the timings can be quite tight, but don't let that discourage you from trying! Failure is a valuable learning tool, and I firmly believe the solo GOTR experience is far more engaging and enjoyable than masses :)
Your commentary is so relatable, it feels like you're speaking directly to me!
High praise!
