I think that one of the reasons QBs get paid so much more than your average coach, is bc the coaches aren’t putting their body on the line. Look at Tua rn, he is causing long term damage to his brain (as are all players tbh) and deserves to be compensated adequately. Coaches can coach into their 60s, 70s, while standing on the sideline, so they have many more years of opportunity, versus a player who is lucky to play into their 30s
That's only a small part of it. The pay is because of talent - a head coach can't guarantee wins and can ultimately be replaced - but supreme QB play needs to be paid extremely well as removing that piece can collapse a team
If it's the Pittsburgh Steelers hc then nothing as a head coach from what I see and I'm a fan my whole life 24 years but their is no life during the games barely does the right things and is mostly talk when he finally does something aka sit gunner pull Mitch that's action we need more action from Tomlin get rid of dionte claypool and bush and get somegood draft picks
do you think with all the controversy with black head coaches that happened earlier in the year they will fire Tomlin for not delivering at least a winning season??
@@dragonchr15 I'm not suggesting they will I'm saying what should get done... Tomlin is a man of not saying much but having a lot sayings he as a coach is getting exposed more and more him not changing oc position shows he isn't good with making adjustments during season during games as a coach you have to be able to adjust and it's clear when things aren't going right they stick with the same plan instead of switching things up horrible coaching decisions he needs to go and speaking of black coaches we have a great replacement in Flores
Let’s just appreciate how much work they put into these videos

Russ or Alex Smith maybe? Lmao 🤣
When the old HC is fired and the new HC is hired. Do they start the job right away and start the implementation of their program?
yes and part of that is easing the team into the transition
