I think we have to back to the situation where if the ball hits the arm it is no penalty but if the arm goes to the ball it is. That's logical in my view.

Referee sucks.de ligt issue is more like balln to hands as he didnt know where the ball goes to. How come man utd not being award penalty also???question, how long this stupid referee will get action. And what happen to the team being victim by referee???
