I've worked in plastic fabrication with acrylic at my Dad's business. If anyone's wondering, you could do it all in a day if you have all the bench machines etc. If you want a crystal clear finish on the edges, use a fine propane flame and I'd say you could use a needle to inject glue for a better stick. Great job though, editing was nice to watch.
