What a time to be a musician and be alive! Free (or almost free) DAW software, free high quality instrument plugins, free instruction (thanks Kenny!). Now all I need is free time to absorb it all.

I'm going to say the quickest, and IMO the most accurate thing about producers making DAWS their main medium in audio production: Kenny Gioia is the most competent, informed and for my money the nicest producer on youTube. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in getting Reaper out into the mainstream and talked about. To me the Reaper DAW owes a LOT of its success to your videos. Ok, so not so quick of a statement. It's easy to geek out on talking about his dedication to music education and production. Thank you, Kenny, from someone who purchased and learned from scratch on Reaper.

Kenny I think you're the absolute BEST, you have helped me learn so much about Reaper over the last 10 years I wish I could buy you some beers! Love the new format you've been using. Btw- not sure if anyone else has ever suggested this but I think you would be great at reading e-books and things of that nature. You have a very clear and concise way of speaking that I believe could potentially earn some good money (unless you're already doing that :P ) - Thanks for the video!!

    Dear Kenny,
Just like Russel, i rarely post any comments, but I feel compelled to tell you that your tutorials and videos have made a world of difference in my Reaper experience. And for many reasons in my life.
Not only are your clips perfectly constructed, edited, and commented, they are also perfectly aimed.
You have a real talent for keeping things clear, concise, understandable, and straight to the point.
So, even though I am sure that many people already told you this, I felt like telling you once more: You are simply the best and thank you.
I could not have done what I have done this past two years without you.
    Thank you from France.
    PB

I don't think I've ever taken the time, Kenny, to thank you for your extraordinary tutorials -- I've literally learned almost everything I know about Reaper, and about recording techniques and approaches from you. I'll never be able to repay that debt, but please know how grateful I am. I've just downloaded this amazing plugin and I am loving it the possibilities. One feature I I don't think you mentioned, Kenny, is that you can set the midi input channel for each of the four instruments separately, so it's possible to have one instance of the plugin running, and send four different midi tracks to the four instruments, each on a separate channel. You could record them all on the one track, I think, by setting your keyboard to send on say, MIDI Channel 1, record the piano part, then switch to MIDI Channel 2, to overdub the Electric Piano, Channel 3 for a Marimiba, and Channel 4 for strings. Or you could do each MIDI recording on its own track, and use sends and receives to route each part to the corresponding instrument on a single "Numa Player" track. Just sharing in case it's useful to someone... Thanks again!

Get Reaper to add a further scan path "C:/Program Files/Common Files(x86)/VST3" or "C:/Program Files/Common Files/VST3" and you shouldn't get this problem again.
