How To Create Scrolling Motion Tile Effect:
1. Open After Effects
2. Create Composition
3. Add Photo or Video Layer
4. Go to ‘Effects & Presets’ Panel
5. Search for ‘Motion Tile’
6. Go to ‘Effect Controls’ Panel
7. Drag CTI to the beginning of the Timeline
8. Click the Stopwatch for ‘Tile Center’ to add keyframe
9. Move CTI forward in time by 20 Frames
10. Change Y Value of Tile Center so Footage Scrolls down
11. Option + Click on ‘Tile Center’ stopwatch
12. Enter expression
13. loopOut()
14. Tap Spacebar To Preview
