He was using standard AP shell because overmatch only works with AP/APCR shells, not HE/HEAT. That's why he switched to AP when he knows he'd have problem penning the IS-6 & opposing BZ frontally, then he popped himself up the rubble a bit to get a better angle to overmatch their turret roofs, and penning every shot. Also 1 reason why higher caliber guns frequently have lower pen comparing to smaller caliber guns.

Had a number of games yesterday in a stock check Teir 6 tank I was grinding and faced Teir 8 tanks like the BZ, I could not pen them and lost all my HP in two shots. Really getting to point of just giving up. What is breaking the game is that a number of people are willing to pay stupid money for this stuff. This is not buy to play, it is buy to win.
I stopped playing 5 years ago, it's like marriage: why play a game that skill has nothing to do with whether you win or lose? I come here for the entertainment value.
I just got the reward tank for the campaign, the American TD one with the weak ears a T-28-concept. Rolled out on [stops to check map name] Sand River, drove to a very unambitious spot just a little forward, but was spotted before I even reached it by a BZ rocket troll and instantly deleted from the game in one shot, inside a minute. I commented "wow, one shot" and a team-mate said "the BZ is terrible", whereupon our team-mate also in the BZ took offence and asked should he just quit! hahaha
Most of the commercials are fake! For instance, McDonald's advertisements of burgers are actually fake made from plasteline or plastic .... that's why they look so perfect! And so on, so on .... I believe that we live in an Era that we replaced quality for quantity .... in every aspect of life and daily routines .... the consequence of that are to be seen .... in the near future! Gj Claus! It’s easy to identify how attitudes have recently changed and they have gained a corporate identity. Let’s just say, if you can buy them as a commander in game then you need to acknowledge they have one foot in a corporate shackle when they say anything. Some are still willing to be a bit critical but cannot afford to hold out on a theme. It’s not been unknown for CC’s to have been targeted before by WG. I knew they were going to eff up the holiday ops this year, just like they did last year. It used to be that if I bought $100 worth of boxes, which to me is a major spend on a puckin video game, I would complete the garage decorations, get to the top bonus percentage, and have enough gold and silver to last at least until summer when I don't play much, most of that time with a premium account. For the first time since they started the boxes, I didn't buy any this year and I'm not going to. The day the boxes came out I played my T150 and was pitted against these troll cannons in all 4 games, killed by them in all four games, and one time I was lit on fire and one shot by one of them in the first minute of the game. That's the last puckin time I played a game of wot and I don't give a puck if I ever play it again. I've struggled for years to try and get an average win rate and I can't because the tanks I play against are all way better than the ones I play, with better equipment(bond wtever the puck)and crews. I'm also convinced I get sh*t MM because I don't spend the grocery money on the game. So F this game. You fan boys that spend your whole day playing wot now have one less boomer in your shooting gallery. Find another game for us that doesn't suck Claus. P.S. I "won" the Caliban last year and I haven't played a single game in that POS.😑

Never change Claus. One point that I never see mentioned is that loot box tanks don't come with the usual 100% crew. That means you're either swapping crews, looting your own reward crew stash or grinding crews by either spending gold or, like me, doing it the hard way, one game at a time. A good crew can make or break a tank. That being said, I have had ZERO luck with the Rocket Tank. Love the Iron Arnie though.
Claus - You need to give the other content creators some slack. They don't necessary advertise for WG for WGs sake. They do it for themself and their channel. For some of these content creators their channel is their livelihood. They have to make themself look good. That is what people want to see. Not all people watch F1 to see who lose. They watch F1 to see who wins. They want to watch the good guys, so the good guys have to make themself look good. That that is a benefit for WG, is what it is. It's important. I watched a video the other day from skil and he went on and on about all the things required to make that tank work. He played it for an entire day before the videos he showed, bond equipment, food, prem ammo, 5 skill crew etc. He was telling you if you were listening that hey, this tank won't work for mister average player because you won't have these items.

Problem with this tank is that the jets allow it to get into a hull down position and against its tier you can do nothing. Didn't they learn from the Kranvagn? Same issue. Also the damage is too much in one shot for something this heavily armored, fast, and accurate from some of the snap shots I have been on the wrong end of.

Hey Claus I hope you are having an absolutely fantastic day as well. Gotta say that I am playing the Japanese tier 8 heavy O-Ho because it top of the tree, and I am using the 330 alpha gun. O-Ho has 200mm of super heavy frontal armor and I can tell you its totally not overpowered when a BZ-176 smacks you in the face with 800 alpha and you cannot pen it anywhere, even with premium ammo.

If you spend any money on this game this is the time to do it just for the Premium time and gold you get at this time. Couldn't bring myself to buy boxes this year Claus, with rework of the event, the prices of the major boxes (I normally buy the biggest package) as compared to what you receive, and the quality of the vehicles, it just wasn't worth it this year. Thanks for your raw uncensored outlook

it's a circus. The game is an aberration of a tank game. Next will be flying tanks.
Problem with this tank is that the jets allow it to get into a hull down position and against its tier you can do nothing. Didn't they learn from the Kranvagn? Same issue. Also the damage is too much in one shot for something this heavily armored, fast, and accurate from some of the snap shots I have been on the wrong end of.
Its a piece of trash, I have about 20 games in it. Most I scored under 1000 hp. I hate it and Im a decent player 54% over 25k games

Hey Claus I hope you are having an absolutely fantastic day as well. Gotta say that I am playing the Japanese tier 8 heavy O-Ho because it top of the tree, and I am using the 330 alpha gun. O-Ho has 200mm of super heavy frontal armor and I can tell you its totally not overpowered when a BZ-176 smacks you in the face with 800 alpha and you cannot pen it anywhere, even with premium ammo.

Another great video for Mr. Claus. There is not a tank in my garage that seems to be OP and doesn't behave exactly as you speak! I get obliterated, destroyed, ravaged, decimated, ramrodded, slaughtered, penned like soft butter in every tank, by every other tank in the game!

I bought the loot boxes mainly for the gold and the premium time, of which I got lots due to playing for 10 years and having most of the tanks they are giving away. lol I now have premium time till December 2025!👍. I however know fully well about the WG Reach around etc etc...I only spend what I want and I'm not suckered by the greed to get a particular item in the boxes. If you spend any money on this game this is the time to do it just for the Premium time and gold you get at this time. LOL speaking of Armor not hit, lol I hit an arty yesterday and arty with a prem round from my T110E4 and got Armor not hit 🤦♂T110E4 prem round not hit my A-hole......on ARTY!!............Stay the way you are Claus your the best!!

Oh the Caliban (Taliban) tank, and not sure that now the praise given it when introduced when that was recently, and not sure how much it is played these days as I guess players got bored with it?
Also with a 45 second total reload I could go down stairs, make some toast and a mug of coffee come back up and wait a couple of seconds before it has reloaded.
