Very interesting shopping trip. I enjoyed seeing why you would choose one item over another. It’s too bad that rug was too big. It was a beauty. I would like to see how you tackle changing a room from toddler / pre kindergartner to a room that will last her for ten years or more. Also would be interested to see the garage to office conversion. The rug you want for her room is a long term hold for sure. Your tips about looking at the store’s perimeter for better deals is something I never knew. Also your camera editing and music are very well done. No distortion. You look very fit. Hi Julie! I just bought a new home & need to buy everything new. From necessity’s like silverwear, pantry organizers, measuring cups etc to curtain rods, doorknobs, fan/lighting replacements. Then of course furniture. I have all my needs ( yes, I have a bed!) but want some direction on how/where to begin. Thinking of focusing on 1 room at a time like kitchen, but open to suggestions :)
Start with the dream space series Karolyn! It’s a step by step guide on how to create your dream home, especially if you’re starting from scratch. I find storage a priority and absolute necessity though, I have a playlist called organization- check it out 👍🏻☺️

Just purchased the Maison 9 drawer dresser in a cream painted color that was discontinued. I got it for $1499 when they “discontinued” it. I also put my name on the list for nightstands. Overall I saved $1700 than if I had paid for the designer disco7nt price.

Shop with a list at all times! If you can bang out a bunch of rooms in one store, more power to you Tchu 🙌🏻 I find that some people get overwhelmed and tackle one space at a time, while others love to check off a list for a whole house. Do what works for you

The furniture seems kinda plus sized .. a small blemish on a small piece could be forgiven but a tiny smudge on a humongous item is so disrespectful. 🧐😭
