I really don't understand the hate on Class Five toilets. When my adult sister was building a custom house back in '17, I recommended her to ask the contractors for three Wellworth toilets, which she did. She says they rarely clog, once a year or less, and they're on hard water. In 2021 my dad and I installed four Highline C5 toilets in the house and to this day we've had zero clogs. The tank parts aren't too great tho, 2 and a half years and we've had some leakage at one of the aquapistons, and three fill valves have failed, on top of that one of the replacement valves we ordered is a screamer. Thankfully that one was installed in the master bathroom because my dad doesn't really hear high frequencies all that well anyway. 8/10.
Overall this round bowl toilet has been good so far. Just so you know if you but the rounded Kohler toilets the trapway will be redesigned for a technical reasons.
I'm curious about this as I saw someone mention it in another video but they didn't talk about the details. I need a sub $200 toilets and the Wellworth round is one I am considering. Can you explain what you mean with the tramway redesign.. and also are you saying any Wellworth round toilets I'd get from Home Depot would be the redesigned ones? Is there a way to tell from the box or anything? Another issue I read about with these was that the tramway was not glazed.. unless that's the redesign you are talking about. Also some people say the bowls get stained/dirty easy compared to other toilets but who knows. Thank you!
Here’s what happened to theses bowl in 2018 so you know Kohler started redesigning them right? because Kohler started updating there products the elongated bowl have the same trapway but guess what the round bowl trapway got redesigned. Question do you prefer the newer rounded bowl or the older round bowl
I’m missing 1st and 2nd gen but no one has one of those and no one has even filmed one on YT as far as I’m aware so they are super rare. I’m also missing 4th, 5th, and 6th. My very first toilet was actually a 6th gen from 1971 but I was 4 when I got it and didn’t know how to take care of it. So that’s long gone. There are plenty of 4th 5th and 6th gen Wellworths around me tho so I can pick one up pretty much any time. and the 3rd gen Wellworth looks very similar to the 1st and 2nd gen so I assume they probably flushed and preformed the same
This is a really good toilet. Performs well, especially considering that it's always water starved.
Make more of these if you can.
Where does it all go? And how do you get the rag back?
Probably there is a bucket under the toilet
Pipe. There is a pipe under the toilet

8/10.
It almost clogged with the red rag
It would be amazing if you can force it to use a bit more water, it just doesnt have enough water to clear the dye and the foam
Yeah people swap normal flappers into these which makes the flush longer. It just makes them a tiny bit weaker too. Overall tho it’s an improvement

That one kind of flushes like a henshaw
It’s just like a Kohler highline class five

I’m pretty sure the elongated ones got the redesign too. I prefer elongated toilets but rounds ones usually perform better
Correct the elongated ones are short of redesigned and the elmbrook and lint lites too even the classic ones
Also, which generations of Wellworth are you missing?
