In this vlog, join my friend Kieran and I as we try a private cabana on Disney's Private Island: Castaway Cay and Serenity Bay. Not only that, we check out some of the shipboard merchandise and dine at Arendelle.

In this Disney Wish cruise vlog, we make port at Disney's Private Island: Castaway Cay in the Bahamas! We start out with room service delivered breakfast on the balcony, as we watch the ship pull into the dock. Once ready for the day, we set off to the adult's only beach called Serenity Bay. Here we check-in for our private cabana!
Cabana's on Castaway Cay are notoriously difficult to book. Not only because there's so few of them, but because Concierge guests get priority in booking them, followed by Platinum Castaway Club members, then Gold members, then Silver, before first time cruisers can even try and get one. There are three categories on the island, Serenity Bay, Family and Grand. Prices start from $399 for four guests, up to $949 for 10 guests. We give you a full tour of the cabana, as well as share the amenities that come included with the price, and what the overall experience is like.
After a fantastic day on the island, we make our way back to the ship via a courtesy golf buggy (pargo), which dropped us off at the tram stop. Once back onboard, we take some time to get ready for dinner, and enjoy a relaxing drink and pre-dinner up on the Concierge sun deck on Deck 13.
Whilst we skipped the show today due to time restraints, we managed to tour Mickey's Mainsail store with next to nobody around, pop into Treasures Untold and visit the Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge. For dinner, we dined at Arendelle, a Frozen themed entertainment and dining experience. We some of the show from an excellent table, as well as our review of the food.
After dinner we get to meet Captain Minnie, as well as Lady Lilly and Lord Leopold in the ship's Grand Hall (atrium). It's then back to our Concierge Family Oceanview with Verandah stateroom, to round up the holiday with a trip report.

I so thoroughly enjoyed this series. From Kieran's shoutout to Gary t-shirt, to the genuine, relaxed enjoyment of each other's company, to the dad jokes, to Adam whacking himself in the sunglasses, to the perfect wrap up of the cruise. Adam you were as amazing as ever and Kieran could not be more charming...LOVED it!!!

Lady lily and lord leopold are my fave thing of the wish. I saw them almost every day. (Knew their show times). They are literally one of the kindest people. So happy they are back in the vlog

What I love about your vlogs is your enthusiasm. There are a many channels out there that cover cruising, but there’s something about you guys where at genuinely feel excited watching, and I’ve also cruised several times with Disney myself. I feel excited like I’m about to cruise the very next day.

Can’t wait to see Castaway Cay for first time and agree 3 nights is not long enough for a Disney cruise (or any cruise) so we are fortunate to have 7 days in September 😊
They could have a cabana special were 2 concierge rooms (don’t know each other) share for the day. It is big enough not to get in each others way.

Have you ever ran into the same crew members on your cruises? This series is making me smile constantly while watching! All I could think is "Picture! Picture!" every time Kieran took a picture lol.
A couple of crew we've seen before 😊. And the crazy thing is they ALWAYS remember me/us. 🥰
The curries are generally vegan and they are what the crew eat. Being that so many of them are south East Asian and that is their flavor pallet. I have a bunch of food allergies so I have eaten my share of curries.
Loved the vlog series! Thought it was so funny when Kieran asked if there was participation during the show and they came up to him when he was eating dinner!

When we sailed the Wonder we felt like we lived in the concierge lounge. We spent so much time there. It had phenomenal views, but was out of any wind or weather...even though we had great weather for an Alaskan cruise. Really looking forward to going concierge again on the Wish. We'll definitely utilize the lounge as much as we can. I'm tempted to stay on during the Nassau day, but I've been there before and my family has not. We are crossing our fingers for a Cabana, although we'll definitely need a family one. Love Gary C, but count me as a Kieran fan now. Happy he's enjoying my hometown as his own.

On our Wish Cruise ,We saw area Turtle,. We were on the Castaway Cay side . I recommend water shoes, if you go out in the waterto look around. The coral hurt to step on,as did the sea weed or sea grass.

I had cabana 24 last month...we learned our lesson with the birds when we went to the BBQ and got drinks at the bar..set our plates down for 1 second and seagulls ate it all 😂 Got new plates of food and ate inside the cabana on the couch instead 😅

We sailed concierge on the Wish last fall, doing back-to-back. Got a cabana both dips into Castaway and were able to use the “Island Taxi” that whisked us from the gangway to our cabana.

We really enjoyed this series! We met you and Gary on the first Wish series, and it’s good to hear they have worked out the bugs. That was also our 2nd 3 day cruise, and agree that they’re way too short, but a great way to advance from silver to gold, and up, quickly. Looking forward to May 14!

Just finished watching castaway. Last time we went to Florida we got the cabana at discovery cove. Looks just the say. Was definitely worth it. Especially as a ginger and wheelchair user. Wanted to take time in the shade and have somewhere safe to leave the chair when swimming.

We’ve had cabana 23 twice and absolutely love it! FYI, only 22 and 23 have the sinks because they used to be massage cabana’s.

Hearing adam say wdw is much more affordable for him than disneyland just shows location makes a huge difference! Disneyworld is 2 times the price for me and I don't even live near disneyland! Lol. Well we did purchase magic keys so I imagine that's likely a bug chunk of why 😂
