The Classics: Traditional Sausage Recipe

Hello everyone, this is a very easy to make sausage recipe, based on the classic recipe.
You can of course season the sausage as you wish according to your own tastes in order to make it as best as possible. The sausage in the video contains the following ingredients :
691g pork
517g beef
500g pork belly ( select pork belly with more fat )
one big head of garlic ( with at least 8-9 cloves )
salt
black pepper
paprika
I added salt to my taste, 3 teaspoons of paprika and around one small teaspoon of black pepper.
