Come With Me For My First Reformer Pilates Class

Come with me to my first ever reformer pilates class at Pilates With Soph.
Have you ever tried Reformer Pilates? I have honestly been wanting to try this for ages (and going on about it a lot), so I was very excited to be invited along to try out a class!
Pilates With Soph is a gorgeous new boutique Reformer Pilates studio situated in Totton, near the New Forest/Southampton with perfectly small classes of 3, or 1-2-1 private sessions.
Sophie is a wonderful teacher and makes you feel so at ease, especially as a beginner explaining everything about the Reformers, what to use and the exercises themselves.
This is such a fun and energetic workout and I can’t wait to do it again. Check out @pilateswithsoph__ on instagram to book your class in advance to avoid disappointment!
