- The Battle of Alesia was fought between the Roman Empire led by Julius Caesar and the Gallic tribes which were led by Gallic general Vercingetorix. This was the last major military engagement between Romans and the Gauls and led to a decisive victory of the Romans. In this video, I explain the battle of Alesia in Hindi and analyze how Julius Caesar used siege warfare to defeat Gauls.
