    Hello Jon, awesome bike! Where did you find your piston rings for this?

      Thank you! Records indicate it was a kit of two pistons and rings sets from Scrambler Cycle. Looks like they are sold of of them now, but they do have a set of STD size rings: scramblercycle.com/collections/honda-160-175-200/products/honda-cb175-cl175-sl175-ca175-piston-ring-set-std-set-of-2-repro

    I have the same bike I just scored at a yard sale wondering if there's a way to lift the seat up

      Raise it up because its a bit small for you? It would be tricky to do in a safe way as front of seat slots slide into pins sticking up from the frame.

      I meant how do you get the seat to open up I believe it has a latch on the front of seat or on the side but I don't see it

      @@7312485 there are two bolts at the rear of the seat. Remove those and then slide the seat backwards and it should come up and off.
